  • Nancy & Greg, Thank you for our wonderful stay at the ranch. The house and the surroundings were exactly what we were looking for! A quiet, exotic, mountain escape in a cool, lush setting. The house was spacious and was perfect for the 3 of us. It was also conveniently located just 10 minutes above Costco and 15 minutes away from some of our favorite beaches! We don't know when we'll be back, but we would definitely stay with you again. We had a wonderful time. Mahalo!

  • Hi Nancy: We just received the deposit refund in the mail this morning. We really felt that your guest house was truly our home away from home and we tried to treat it accordingly. We had a wonderful time with our children on The Island. They kept us running from morning 'til night. We hit virtually every sight, from the top of Mauna Kea to the steam of the lava hitting the water in Volcanoes National Park. We snorkeled at Two Step and Kealakekua. We rented a 4xr4 and went down to Waipio Valley. This was a great trip in every way and the guest house was the icing on the cake! We plan to return next year around the same time, sometime during the last two weeks in March and would love to rent from you again. As soon as next year's Hawaii school calendar becomes official we will solidify our plans and let you know. Again, mahalo and aloha oui.

    Thank you so much - what a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy. Alex and I loved morning coffee in the sunshine and the whole family appreciated the sunsets and turkeys. We definitely want to return. Please let us know if you come to the north again and we'll show you our neck of the woods.

    One of my New Year's Resolutions is to get the guestbook out of the guesthouse so that I can enter the comments onto this site. I can tell you that everyone who has stayed in our guesthouse has loved it. A lot of our guests are people who've already done the tourist hotel/beach trip and are looking for a more genuine what it's really like to live in Hawaii experience.

    Our second stay was just as enjoyable as our first. The peace and quiet is wonderful. The wildlife is great to watch. We hope to be back in the future. (They are booked again for January 17-29, 2004)
