We are just 8 miles from downtown Wellsboro. Our cottage features 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bunk, and one with a full/twin bunk. We can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen,with a dishwasher and all the appliances you could possibly need! We have a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room offers a 40''flat screen TV and DVD player. With 1200 square feet, there is plenty of room to 'sit down and feel at home'. We are situated on 14 acres, with a large back yard to enjoy outdoor games, or to just relax under the trees and watch nature. If you get hungry for a juicy steak, we have a gas grill for your 'cooking pleasure'. The back deck or front porch offer the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
Our creek is stocked and ready for the fishermen in the family. If you want to bring your kayak, you can launch it directly from the property. Whether you want adventure, or just to kick back and relax, we have it all.

What a lovely property. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Easy access to rail trail. Saw deer in back yard early AM would definitely stay here again. Very clean.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
