HERITAGE BAY is a new community which is mostly known for it beautiful and challenging 27 hole golf course. The course is gorgeous, surrounded by land preserves, lakes and beautiful landscape. It offers men's and women's golf leagues, which is opened to all renters. All you pay is cart fee and transfer fee.
Heritage Bay amenities include, 7 lit soft-surface tennis courts, tennis pro shop, resort style pool, exercise room, aerobic area, expansive locker rooms, spa with massage and salon, billiard room. There are 6 other area pools, one located just a short walk from our condo building.
Our unit offers stunning water, golf and preserve views. Heritage Bay is about 20 min drive from Fort Myers airport, it is also a short drive to magnificent beaches, old Naples, where you will find exquisite dining, and upscale shopping.
Our unit offers all brand new furniture, which sleeps 4 privately. One or more can be accommodated by using our sofa bed for your guests.
As this is a new community, there are fewer members than other communities. This ultimately offers you a better availability of golf tee times as compared to other area golf communities. Also, the cart fees are far lower. There are a variety of social activities available.
