Beautiful beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in quiet Belleair Beach. Our condo is over 1500 square feet including a walkout patio within 30 feet of the beach wall.
This condominium has everything you will need for your time at the beach including a well equipped eat-in kitchen with solid surface counters, full dining room, washer & dryer & comfortable patio furniture.
The master bedroom has a great view of the ocean that you can wake up to every morning. It includes a king bed with Egyptian cotton 800 thread count sheets & a choice of different pillows. The walk in closet leads to the large master bath including dual sinks,large jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. With on demand hot water the jacuzzi will never be without hot water.
The guest bedroom has brand new twin XL beds with top of the line icomfort memory foam mattress, that can also be arranged as a king. These beds also come with 400-600 thread count sheets & choice of down or foam pillows. The guest bath is a 3 piece unit directly off the guest bedroom. There is also a queen sized sofa bed for those unexpected guests or additional kids.
The tiled floors lead from the front door right through the unit to the patio doors. Plush carpeting can be found in both bedrooms.
You will find all amenities including full kitchen, linens,bath & beach towels,beach chairs etc.
The swimming pool is always heated & with a large covered breezeway from the pool to the beach. Even short rain showers won't ruin your outdoor time.
Belleair Beach is a very quiet, low key area but for the fun lover, Clearwater Beach with it's night life & busy tourist area just 5 minutes away. Grocery stores are also about 5 minutes across the bridge as are fine restaurants & shopping. You can attend professional sporting games within 40 minutes, watch the Rays, Lightening & Bucs or a host of baseball training camp sites. You can also access aquariums, theaters, museums and the zoo within the Tampa Bay area. Don't forget about Busch Gardens within 1 hour & Disney/Orlando within a 2 hour drive. There are easy flight connections to Tampa International (TPA) 40 minutes and Clearwater/St Petes airport 20 minutes.

About the owner: My wife & I are both health professionals in Canada & have travelled extensively. We fell in love with our condo upon first walking into it and enjoy the benefits of staying right on the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Belleair Beach:
We used to bring our children to this area to stay at the beach. When looking for a winter home we happened by Belleair Beach & fell in love with the lowrise beachfront condos. We are avid beachwalkers & the location of our condo allows long walks in either direction. Now we will be able to have our grandchildren come & enjoy the same beach area that our children did.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This condo was love at first sight for my wife & I. As you walk through the foyer you immediately get a sense of space with the 10 foot raised ceilings. The living/dining room extends 30 feet to a full glass wall looking out to the ocean. The peace & serenity of watching beautiful sunsets or having morning coffee looking out over the ocean can't be matched.
