  We stayed in this Villa in November 2009 and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The Villa was exactly as described in the owners details and had everything you could wish for in a property to ensure a comfortable and memorable holiday. The property is clean, well maintained, spacious and very well equipped. It is well situated on a secure, gated community and for additional security, particularly for young children, external doors are alarmed. It is well positioned for the theme parks and is within easy walking distance of Wal Mart and other stores. There is a good, reasonably priced restaurant at the Golf Course Club House which again is within easy walking distance. The two large, double, ensuite bedrooms and third bathroom are a terrific feature for large families and internet access is a bonus. The property is equipped with an abundance of equipment including a plentiful supply of towels and bedding. The pool is clean, well maintained and kept at a constant warm temperature. Also, there is a lovely open view from the pool area across the golf course. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to my most discerning of friends. The owner has gone that extra mile to ensure that travellers have a really good holiday and has spared no expense in equipping it to a very high standard.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This is a beautiful well maintained villa set within a beautiful golf course, the villa has everything that you need in it to make it a home from home all the parks are within very easy of the villa's location.The owners are really helpful and within easy reach if you need to contact them. I would be very happy to stay in this villa on my next visit to floridaor reccommend it to anyone who is thinking of going.

  My wife and I discovered this delightful villa four years ago. We liked everything about it including the excellent location. It is in a gated community backed to a park-like view of the seventeenth green of the golf course. It is close to basic shopping, restaurants and the theme parks are but a half-hour drive away. For us the villa is centrally located so that we are in easy reach of several nearby friends, and we also participate in other activities in the area. When we are not out and about, it is a good place just to sit out on the lanai and relax or enjoy the pool. We have been here four times and have booked the villa again for next year. We can't give any better recommendation than to keep wanting to return here! Read all of the glowing reviews from past visitors, including our own previous reviews, and be guided by those.

  This is lovely, clean, well maintained & comfortable villa. Ideally situated about 25 minutes from main parks, with a huge walmart and a handful of takeaway restaurants next to the entrance to this quiet peaceful immaculately kept gated community. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool watching the golfers go by on the 17th fairway, and the villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a super home away from home. We would not hesitate in recommending the villa to anyone and actually have done after our return! From 1st initial enquiry to even after our return Bob was so helpful and attentive and could not have been any more hospitable. The welcome cards and fruit basket was a lovely touch-thank you Bob. Nearby would recommend Manny's Chop House for reasonably priced tastiest steaks and salads and also the chinese takeaway on the opposite side of the US27 to the main entrance. The only thing wrong with this villa is it's not mine!!! Saving to try and go again!

  We really enjoyed our stay in your villa, and the weather was glorious! The villa is situated in a lovely spot on the edge of the 17th fairway, with the pool seeing sun and shade. There is everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday both in the villa and the surrounding area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants locally, so you need never go hungry! The major attractions are within a 30 minute drive, and there are so many golf courses nearby, it's easy to find a good deal if you shop around (Southern Dunes is an excellent course, but don't forget to take your sand wedge!). The owners were very helpful throughout, and we would highly recommend this villa.

  We had a very relaxing holiday helped by how comfortable and peaceful the villa is. Overlooking the 17th fairway we could watch the golfers coming to the end of their rounds from the pool or pool area. The villa was exactly as described, comfortable and well maintained with golf clubs available which meant I could get a few rounds in during the fortnight. We were greeted by a lovely fruit basket which was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. The management company responded promptly to the one issue we had so we felt if anything happened they would be there to help, something we have not always experienced. The villa is well located for theme parks and other attractions as well as for shops and restaurants (the Bob Evans on the I4 junction was a favourite, good service and good food, we took our deserts to go if we couldn't eat them there!). Bob provided plenty of information prior to our arrival, was very accomodating over our late flight home and checked we were OK when a tropical storm threatened the area. This is a villa we will be keeping on our list to return to in the future.

  We stayed for 10 nights at this great villa. Everything was perfect, the location, the community and the villa. The owners are very helpful. We loved the view at the Golf Course from the pool. We had a perfect stay and recommend this villa to everyone!

  Excellent villa in an excellent location, away from the main hustle & bustle but still plenty of shops, restuarants nearby. Villa is very well equiped, clean and added bonus of the patio getting the sun from morning to night - there is shade if you require. Easy straight road to all the attractions. The instructions for getting to the villa and for how everything operates was also very clear. Would definately recommend and hope to return in a few years. Thanks

  We stayed at the villa from 12 june till 26 june 2012. The villa is situated at the golfcourse without having disturbance from the golfers. It is sometimes entertaining to watch the golfers in action. The villa is clean and need and has everything you need to spend a carefree vacation. The outside area is very comfortable to sit because off the ability to seek shade when it is very hot. And of course a dip in the pool is refreshing at any time.

  The villa was exactly as listed and photographed. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, well maintained and perfectly placed around the golf course. The kids loved the pool which was extremely clean and a perfect warmth. It has a bigger lanai area than we have had before which was roomy and nice. The development was very clean, tidy, welcoming and secure. The location was perfect for anyone wanting to do orlando and the gulf coast. We flew in to Tampa which is much easier than Orlando The drive to the villa from Tampa was approx one hour. We made trips out to sarasota siesta key beach easily for the day and it was 20 - 30 mins drive into disney. The owners were very attentive before during and after our visit. They left us a welcome gift which was a lovely touch and the free phone calls home made it easy to stay in touch. We made use of the tennis courts and jogged early morning around the development which was picturesque. The tree lined streets are shaded and pretty. Having walmart at the gate was very convenient. The villa is well geared up for staying in so we ate in mostly. We did eat out a couple of times. Dennys do a good breakfast and the longhorn and outback on the 192 are great. Steer clear of Sonny's barbecue pit just a minute down the road from southern dunes. The web site made it look like an amazing pit barbecue but it was dreadful. I wish we had walked out before we sat down. We recommend the cirque do soleil at downtown disney. Well worth spending on this. We also love Aquatica much better than the disney water parks. It is quieter, there are always loungers and the water rides are great. We had a great holiday and we highly recommend this villa.
