Second floor rental includes sunny bedroom with loads of closet space, full bath, private mini refrigerator and a coffee maker in a beautiful, architecturally-designed, modern, owner-occupied house in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The suite is in a three bedroom modern home, all immaculate and brand new, central AC, wireless Internet, washer/dryer, and backyard Japanese garden, all bathed in sunlight on a friendly residential street. House is owned by a filmmaker and university professor, and his partner, a fine artist. Second floor renters are welcome to use the 1st floor kitchen for breakfast. Unfortunately, at this time we can not accommodate more elaborate cooking or dining in our kitchen and dining room.

The house is located at 18th Street and 8th Avenue, on a lovely tree-lined block, 5 blocks from the F line subway, Prospect Park, and numerous shops and restaurants.
