The condo was very nice and conveniently located. We were able to walk to dinner and take public transportation to the mountain resorts. I'd definitely recommend renting this property to a family member or friend, and I'm already considering returning myself!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The condo was perfect to come back and relax in after a day on the slopes. The owner had everything needed in the condo with clear instructions to make it easy to enjoy. I liked the covered parking underneath the condo, the fireplace in the family room to dry out our wet clothes, and the hot tub to relax in at night. I would recommend to others and hope to come back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and had an absolute blast. The condo is close to the bus stops in downtown Frisco that can take you to Copper Mountain or the other Ski Resorts in the area. We had a car so there is a garage spot along with another spot outside. The place is amazing with two big bedrooms and two separate full bathrooms. We were amazed at all the closet space! We were staying with another couple so it was perfect. The furniture was all new and the kitchen was immaculate. Almost as good as the one you would have at home, if not better. We are very pleased and will stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was a great place to stay: clean and updated condo, great little patio, kitchen supplies, and an awesome location. Driving between Breck and Copper was easy and the shops in Frisco are just a walk outside the door. Ten-Mile trail is also just out the door of the condo. Gerri was great and easy to work with. We'd stay again! Thanks so much for a nice weekend get-away!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is even nicer than it looks in the listing! Huge closets made it possible to have all your "stuff" out of sight and out of your way and four of us had no trouble getting ready and having all the space we needed while there. The kitchen was wonderful. Even though we didn't cook much we had everything we needed to do whatever we wanted. The whole condo was spotless and in a beautiful setting. Only a half block off the main street, we could walk or drive downtown in a couple of minutes. The owner is a dream to work with and all instructions were clear and easy! When we come back to this part of Colorado, we will definitely try to come back here!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time in Frisco and loved the condo. It fit our needs and had great access to I- 70 and the Summitt Stage Bus (the free Summit Stage Bus connects Breckenridge,Copper Mountain, and Frsico). The many hiking trails are spectaclular. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after hiking and breathing in the mountain air while grilling supper on the gas grill. We loved having all of the amenties needed for our stay (linens, kitchen equipment, etc.) . We will come again and stay here if possible the next time we visit.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were a little hesitant to use VRBO, but it has been a great way to rent a vacation condo. The condo is new and very clean. The location is perfect as you can walk to downtown Frisco, down to the 10 mile creek (it's practically in your back yard) and to the bus stop. We loved it because we could prepare most of our meals and use our money to enjoy all the outdoor activities. We missed our gas stove, but the kitchen had everything you could hope to have and more. We spent one night watching DVD movies with the kids. Besides all of the activities nearby and the location, the condo itself was awesome. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub in the commons area. The patio was wonderful to use for barbecuing and my husband read two books out there; he said it was very quiet and relaxing. There is an elevator to get to the room which would have been very helpful to anyone requiring assistance. We would rent this condo again! Gerri provides a lot of helpful information about the area and the amenities of the condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time. Very convenient location. Your condo was just as described and very pleasant. We found the underground garage and storage very handy. Working with you was easy and your follow up comforting. We would certainly consider staying in your condo again if back in the area. Thank you,Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Gerri Walsh and Doug Knisley live in Boulder, CO and have been skiing and biking in Summit County for over 20 years. They are experienced property managers in Boulder County. Doug is a licensed real estate broker.
Why the Owner Chose Lodge at Riverbend:
We bought this condo because we wanted to be close to the town of Frisco and the rec path. We ski Copper and it is only 1/2 block to the free Summit Stage - and the last stop in Frisco. In only 10 minutes, you are at Center Village at Copper. Single track mountain biking and hiking is right outside our door as well as great road riding. We wanted a quiet location in a newer building and this was perfect for us.
