Roman Forum Palace is located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area (only #2-5 minutes walking !). The area is very exclusive.
There is also a Metro (Subway) stop close to the palace (very useful to easy reach the property from the FCO airport).
The neighbourhood is charming, filled with local shops, enoteche (wine bars) and restaurants. Perfect.. if you want to feel like you live there !

The apartment-studio is an open space, divided in living area, kitchen corner, bedroom area, large bathroom.

RESERVATION TERMS: the reservation can be done by paying in advance (30% of the total amount). If you want to reserve, we will send you the "Reservation Contract" with all details for the 30% down payment.
THE DOWN PAYMENT can be made with:
* BANK wire ("Euro" currency only)
* PAYPAL: through PayPal (only) you can also use your credit card to make a payment.
* WESTERN UNION money transfer
* CASH payment (Euro or USD).
We cannot accept checks or credit cards.
Of course, if you like more you can also pay the full rental amount in advance.
THE RENTAL BALANCE can be made with:
*CASH payment on arrival day. Note: by the an Italian recent Law (Dec. 2011), we cannot accept any cash payment for amounts higher than Euro 999,00.
* Through a BANK wire (Not less than to #15 days before check in).
* Through PAYPAL: through PayPal (only) you can also use your credit card to make a payment.
Note: we cannot accept checks or credit cards.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300,00 Euro in local/foreign currency is strictly required on arrival day. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
The security deposit can be also pre-paid with PayPal only (at anytime, before check in day). If so, this amount will be refunded in full within 3 days after departure through Paypal (only).
The RATE INCLUDES: Satellite, unlimited FREE Internet, linens, towels and Final Cleaning.
CHECK-IN: you can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests. We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible, however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 13:00 (1 pm). By the way, if the apartment unit will be not busy on day in, we will allow access to apartment before 13:00 (1 p.m.) without any charge. Out of business hours arrivals: we try to guarantee check in at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am). Any check in after midnight will carry a late check in fee of Euro 50,00.
CHECK-OUT: NO LATER than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am. The security deposit (Euro 300,00) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS DEPARTURES: if you will need to check out earlier than 8.00 am, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 days after departure (by Paypal only). Otherwise, as special service, we can arrange a meeting earlier than 8.00 am, but please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00.
FEES & CONSUMPIONS: the rate INCLUDES the utilities consumption (up to 3 euro daily -"Normal usage"). Only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity meter. NOTE: this term works not to get more money from guests, but only to save the energy, reduce the costs (energy bills and rentals too) for everybody. OF COURSE, we are VERY FLEXIBLE on this term. So, we will charge NOTHING if the consume will be reasonably higher than 3,00 Euro daily. In fact, as we wrote, this term works (only) to save the energy and promote a PROPER usage of the energy!
Then, all the electrical engines in our properties are the newest Class "AA" or "AA+" models (the best energy saver/eco-friendly machines).
By the past (guests' s) experience (we can also provide testimonials), the possibility that you will ever make an "over consume" is really an "off-chance".
Of course, if the consume will be considerably higher than standard, you will pay ONLY the consume over the standard one (3,00 Euro daily). In fact, only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity meter.
We can also provide the following services:
• Transfer from or to the apartments with private driver (Euro 55,00 for 2 or 3 people / Euro 65,00 for 4 or 5 people)
• Baby Cot/Crib for child (if available) will be totally for FREE.

- Monument View : "Trevi Fountain" is located not more than 10 to 15 minutes (by walk) far away the property. This is really a "nice walk" cause is the most central and exclusive area of Rome. The Palace is located, by walk, ONLY 5 minutes (or less), far away the "Colosseum". "Spanish Steps" is around 15 to 20 minutes by walk far away the property (on the same direction of Trevi Fountain). There is also a metro stop located just 100 meters far away the property. This could be useful to reach FCO airport or to reach "Spanish Steps" too (in 5 minutes or less, cause only 1 stop).

My husband and I stayed in Rome for a long weekend as a last holiday together before our first child is born in May. Being 24 weeks pregnant I was concerned I wouldn't be able to sleep in a strange bed and the apartment may not be that comfortable....I really didn't need to worry, the place was really modern and clean but with loads of character. The bed and apartment were really comfortable, we had all facilities we needed. It is also in a great location, we walked past the coloseum most days (literally 5 mins away), the metro is at the top of the street (easy peasy to get to and from the airport by train) and at the other end of the street is a great little cafe for breakfast along with various other reastaurants and bars (would recommend Cavour 313, in particular). Simona met us at the apartment and was really welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend this as a place to stay in Rome.

We stayed in the area near the Colosseum for one week in January 2012. Everything about the apartment was exactly as described or as it appeared in the photos; it was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well equipped with towels, sheets, and soaps. Upon exiting the metro station (a two minute walk from the apartment and only one stop from the Termini), we were met very quickly by the hostess who guided us to the apartment. Although there is no lift, the steps were in no way an issue. The apartment is practically around the corner from the Colosseum (quite a lovely thing to see when you turn the corner), yet the neighborhood is quiet and wonderful for walking to the sites or searching for dinner (some really good restaurants are nearby). For me, sleeping in European cities can be tough because of all the street noise, but due to the location off the main street it was very quiet at night. A grocery store is conveniently located across from the metro station, so even buying food or other items for the apartment is easy to do. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment to Roman travelers. We loved Rome (it is a fabulous city) and, when we return, we plan to stay in this apartment again. Thanks for helping to make our stay in Rome so lovely!

Could not have asked for a better location in Rome. We were able to walk to everything except the Vatican and the train was only 100 Yds away. The apts (we rented 3 for 3 couples in their 60's) were exactly as described; clean, with everything required for 3 and 5 night stays. Alessio and Simona were outstanding. Every email and question was promptly answered and every promise kept. They arranged for our transportation from the ship and to the airport and it was perfect. Be aware, the apartments are all reached by steps, no elevator. Not a problem for us, but you should be prepared to carry your bags up some narrow steep steps. Numerous eating places right out the door and throughout the area. We all felt completely sate in the area at anytime of the day or night. The beds are somewhat hard which was not a problem for us, but one of our couples would have preferred softer. There is street noise, but with the windows shut and the fan on we heard nothing. All three couples would not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend to our friends.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

The location was superb. It was extremely close to the Forum and Colosseum area (an easy 5 minute walk) and only a minute's walk from the Metro station. The accomodations were roomy and very comfortable and the new windows blocked all of the street noise. The wi-fi was a godsend. We found a great restaurant about 10 minutes away (Taverna de Monte) and ate there twice during our weekend stay. The only downside was the lack of a lift and we were on the 3rd floor with some big bags. But by tag teaming each bag, we had no issues moving in or out. Simona met us when we checked in and was very helpful in getting us oriented and making suggestions that helped us during our stay. We had the opportunity to meet Mr. Angeli when we checked out and found him to be a very warm and caring host. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This place is scant blocks from the forum and collesium. It is central to the pantheon and Spanish steps as well the the parks. You can walk anywhere, and there are a myriad of restaurants and shops in the area. Perhaps the best feature is the proximity to the metro. In 2 minutes you can hop a train to anywhere. The accommodations are quite nice. The air conditioning works, the plumbing works, and the rooms are clean. What more could you ask for. It's secure and convenient.

My Fiancé and I stayed at the Angelishouse in Rome. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Alessio was wonderful to deal with, and made the booking process a breeze. He was willing to answer any questions that I had. Our apartment was only a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum, and had some lovely restaurants along our street. Simona was excellent as well, showing us everything in the apartment and answered all of our last minute questions. The whole experience was great. We would love to come back for another visit and would love to stay with the owners of Angelishouse. Thank you for everything Alessio and Simona. It was so greatly appreciated.

For all you travelers who go to Rome and don't want to stay in a fancy hotel, this apartment is for you! My son and I stayed for 10 days and took day trips around Italy. It was wonderful... everthing you need is right there. The kitchen is equipped to cook and there is a wonderful grocery store within a short walk with everything you might want. We often bought wine, salami and cheese and went back to the apartment to sit out on the balcony and plan our next day. Everything is within walking distance and the Metro (which is very easy to navigate) is also just down the street. The colosseum and Roman forum are just a short walk away and a wonderful piazza with restaurants just a turn around the corner. Delicious gelato across the street and the most wonderful cappuccino and pastries! Miss Simona is extremely helpful and was always available for questions or directions. In addition, there is wi-fi in the apartment which made it possible to look up restaurants and also stay in contact with home and what was going on. The apartment is very clean and neat and as I said, you can walk to most places while in Rome. Don't miss the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Borgehese Gallery while you are there.... so many things to do and the shopping amazing! I am already thinking of my next trip back!

Don't hesitate, book this apartment now! Perfectly located, decorated and matched description to the tee. Miss Simona is a sweetheart and very, very helpful. The place is right next to many terrific restaurants, the subway, the colosseum, 30 min walk to most attractions, including Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Vatican.

We are a family who rented 3 units of the apartment. We loved this apartment! Simona greeted us upon our arrival and showed us the units. She also arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. She was a very helpful hostess. The apartment is located near restaurants and is walking distance to the Forum and Colosseum. It is very close to the Metro station, but we walked to most places and never even took the Metro. Each unit sleeps two comfortably. We would stay here again if we ever returned to Rome.
