ROMAN FORUM PALACE***** is located in the Heart of Roman Forum area, inside of Rione Monti. The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4, separated, studio apartments. The Roman Forum apartments studios are located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area.
The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop (100 meters ) and buses to every part of Rome. If you need is possible to rent all the palace only for you (four apartments units)!. The apartments, very elegantly furnished, are recently COMPLETELY restored (2007)!
We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission !!
Apartment "A" (ATTICO penthouse with private terrace): apartment/studio penthouse with little terrace and panoramic view on Madonna dei Monti church. It is an Open space, luxury furnished, divided in living area with fireplace, kitchen corner, bedroom area, bathroom with box-idromassage shower, and air conditioning, wooden ceiling and parquet floor . Panoramic view and typical location in caratteristic street of Rione Monti-Imperial Forum. The apartment is very recently completely restored.
Apartments Bramante (B), Caravaggio (C) and Donatello (D). They are Open spaces too, very elegantly furnished, with wooden ceiling and terra-cotta floor. Completely renovated and fully furnished. Divided in living area, kitchen corner, bedroom area, and large bathroom.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: once you choose an apartment, we will send you a booking form that you'll have to fax back signed and with a bank, postal, or Western Union wire receipt for the down payment; please be aware that the apartment is secured only when we receive the payment, we'll put it on hold for two business days after sending the booking form, if those documents are not received within that period, we are not responsible if availability changes. The down payment is always non refundable and is between 30 to 50% (100% for high season periods) of the total amount , depending on the apartment and the period requested.
RESERVATION VALIDITY, PAYMENT METHODS & CONDITIONS: please note that the reservation will be definitely valid only once the receipt of the money transaction (down payment) and the signed booking form is faxed at n. +39-06-5814014 within 2 business days from your acceptance of Angeli’ s Houses rental proposal. After which Angeli’ s Houses has the right to cancel the booking. Down payment can be made only with a Bank Transfer, cash draft via express and secure mail, “Western Union Money transfers”, cash payment. We cannot accept cheques or credit cards.
THE BALANCE:the balance has to be paid only in cash upon arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: before collecting the keys, the client MUST leave a security deposit for the rented apartment. This security deposit can be paid by cash or cheque that will not be cashed and returned to the client if the apartment is in the same condition and without damages as on arrival date.
FEES & CONSUMPIONS: utilities costs in Italy are very high, therefore, to save energy and reduce rental rates, we have to charge for electricity in summer to cover air conditioning and gas/electricity in winter to cover heating. So, Gas and electricity fee are NEVER INCLUDED in the total amount and MUST BE PAID before departure (note: you will pay only YOUR consume by checking the electricity / gas meter .....normally is a very low cost !).
Linens and towels are included. Welcome maid and laundry-service are ALWAYS included in the rental amount.
CANCELLATION and BOOKING AMENDMENTS:in case of any cancellation part payment is always lost. Once a booking has been confirmed, any changes made to a booking that entail a shorter stay will carry a service fee equal to 30% of the nightly rate, multiplied by the number of nights the stay has been decreased by.
Angeli’ s Houses reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the guest made (anytime) any change of dates that will reduce the total renting period more than 30%. In this case, guest accepts that part payment is always lost too. If the Client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate. As a precautionary measure, we recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance to cover any eventual financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances which may cause him/her to cancel Please note that if, for any reason, you have to cancel your reservation, the down payment is not refundable.
We have the licence of the municipally of Rome and the Rome Tourism Office (A.P.T.) authorization to rent with "Holiday House" mode.
