Roman Forum Palace***** is located in the heart of Roman Forum area, inside Heart of Historical Centre (Colosseum/Roman Forum). The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4 studio apartments (we rent 1 unit or up to all the 4 units too). Roman Forum Palace is located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area. The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop close the palace.
LAST NEWS:

· All the apartments are provided with independent heating/air-conditioning system that can be set at your favourite temperature.
· Roman Forum Palace apartments are now equipped with new Plasma Television and Satellite.

· All the Roman Forum apartments are now equipped with large size double beds (orthopaedic mattress) and single bed added or queen size sofa bed for the extra people.
We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission !!
Apartment ATTICO with Terrace - The apartment studio "ATTICO" is an open space Penthouse with private TERRACE. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior: refined pictures, wood ceilings, “parquet”(wood floor) flooring, fireplace. It is divided in a living area with fireplace, kitchen corner, bedroom area, bathroom with box-shower (idromassage provided. Panoramic view and typical location in characteristic street of Rione Monti. The apartments was recently completely restored (A\C, PLASMA TV, Satellite, INTERNET adsl, autonomy heating, fireplace).
Apartments BRAMANTE (B) and DONATELLO (D) and CARAVAGGIO (C) - Studio, Sleeps up to 3 (Unit C up to 4 too), 1 Bathroom -
The apartments studios B, C and D are open spaces, divided in living area, kitchen corner, bedroom area, large bathroom with bath tube/shower (unic C: shower). Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior: refined pictures, wood ceilings, “cotto” flooring. View and typical location in characteristic street of Rione Monti. These apartments have been very recently completely restored ! (A/C, Plasma TV, Satellite, FREE INTERNET adsl, autonomy heating).
RESERVATION TERMS: the reservation can be done by paying in advance (30% of the total amount) with a bank wire or with PayPal (here you can also use your credit card to wire the money). If you want to reserve, we will send you the Reservation Form with all details for the 30% down payment. If less expensive for you (cause we will apply the official change rate, without any surcharge), you can also choose to pay on USD currency. In this case, we will send you the details for a Bank account in USD currency.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300,00 Euro in local/foreign currency (or personal cheque) is strictly required on arrival day. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
The RATE INCLUDES linens, towels and Final Cleaning.
CHECK-IN: you can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests. We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible, however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 13:00 (1 pm). By the way, if the apartment unit will be not busy on day in, we will allow access to apartment before 13:00 (1 p.m.) without any charge. Out of business hours arrivals: we try to guarantee check in at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am). Any check in after midnight will carry a late check in fee of Euro 50,00.
CHECK-OUT: NO LATER than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am. The security deposit (Euro 300,00) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS DEPARTURES: if you will need to check out earlier than 8.00 am, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure (by Paypal, secure maill or bank wire). Otherwise, as special service, we can arrange a meeting earlier than 8.00 am, but please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00.
FEES & CONSUMPIONS: The rate includes the utilities consumption (up to 2 euro daily each apartment -"Normal usage"). Only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity. NOTE: this term works not to get more money from guests, but only to save the energy, reduce the costs (energy bills and rentals too) for everybody. Of course, we are flexible on this term. So, we will charge NOTHING if the consume will be a little higher than 2 Euro daily (like 2,5 or 3 Euro daily !)… as we wrote, this term works not to get more money from guests, but only to save the energy and promote a PROPER usage of the energy!.
We can also provide the following services:
• Transfer from or to the apartments with private driver (Euro 50,00 for 2 or 3 people / Euro 60,00 for 4 or 5 people / Euro 110,00 for 6 to 8 people)
• Crib for child (if available) will be totally for FREE.

Apartments B, C, & D : € 550-€ 800/week - € 90-€130/night.
Low season: 1 Nov. to 23 Dec / 7 Jan to 28 Feb - High season: 1 March to 31 Oct
Very High season: since 23 Dec till 7 Jan and Easter time week.
Specials :3rd and 4th people (sleeping on sofà or single bed in the same area)
will stay with only 20,00 Euro each daily or Euro 100,00 weekly
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
