Villa degli Ulivi is a traditional stone cottage, nestled in the green hills of Umbria. The house is divided into two completely independent apartments with bathrooms and a kitchen at your disposal. Everything is comfortably furnished with quality furniture and objects. In each apartment there is central heating and a fireplace for the colder months. Ample parking available.
There are two apartments in the house 'Giotto' and 'Cimabue' which are located respectively on the ground and the first floor of the Villa degli ulivi. each one has a kitchen, two bathrooms and is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms. Inside the main bathroom there is a Jacuzzi. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. NB The house consists of two apartments (Giotto and Cimabue) that can be rented simultaneously. so that we can accommodate 9 people in total.
The Villa of the olive is a traditional stone farmhouse has fantastic views and position as just a few minutes' walk from the center of Assisi, in the park of Mount Subasio exactly next to the church and the sacred monastery of St. Damian, one of the many beauties that create the city of Assisi, where St. Francis wrote the Canticle of Creatures. A park property with fruit trees, olive trees and vineyard ensures privacy and a full contact with nature in total tranquility. The complex not only offers typical serenity of the Umbrian countryside, but also a perfect base to discover all the beauties, historical and cultural cities in the region. The house is situated in a strategic position from which you can easily reach by car the SS. 75, point of contact between Perugia, Spello and Spoleto. is also only 14 km from the nearest airport of Perugia allowing guests to reach their destination within a short time.

My husband and I arrived at the Villa after having spent 4 days in Rome. The home was a wonderful respite having been in a dark and gloomy apartment in Rome. It is truly right next to San Damiano and is absolutely gorgeous. All of the appliances and furnishings were state of the art and world class. Another plus was that all of the windows had mosquito screens which is not very common in Assisi. Coming from Arizona, where the temperature was 43 celsius, made us even more appreciate the cool breezes and clean fresh air. The home is completely surrounded with trees, fruit, vineyards and we even saw a wild turkey. Upon our returning home, when people ask about our trip to Italy, the first thing my husband mentions is Claudio's fabulous home. If you want to experience beauty in truly beautiful surroundings, wonderful furnishings, as well as help and advice from Claudio...the wonderfully sincere owner, this place is a must. You will not be disappointed. We will certainly choose to stay here agein.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

It was my first time in Assisi and I found what I was looking for. The owners are really nice, sincere and helpful people that made me feel very comfortable and were trying to make sure everything was fantastic. This house is big and spacious and it’s open to many potential guests that are planning on visiting and staying in this area. It’s designed for adults with or without children, older and younger people, single or couples, with or without pets. In this place you can find peace, calm and total relaxation surrounded by beautiful nature and nice weather. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone that’s planning their vacation and looking for a place to stay. Hopefully I will be back there again one day.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
