The spacious living room overlooks boulevard St. Germain and the famous Café de Flore and is a haven after a long day of work or exploring the city. It has a large, comfortable sofa and modern chairs perfect for relaxing. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. The dining table and chairs can seat up to 6 comfortably.
On the balcony, you will find table and chairs.
Luxuriously soft linens cover the king bed in the spacious bedroom. For your enjoyment, there is also a flat screen TV, DVD player, movies and English books.
The apartment has one full, modern bathroom with a towel warmer, toilet, double-sink, a stand-up shower equipped with a hand-held showerhead and a rain-head showerhead, with towels for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, convection burners, fridge and freezer, high quality knives and stainless cookware, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, a Kenwood blender and cooking utensils).
For your security, the building has a live-in concierge plus a night and week-end digi-code. For additional security, the apartment has an individual alarm system.

My husband and I stayed here for New Years week in 2012. Everything was exactly as advertised, and went above our expectations. Ann was wonderful to work with and followed through on everything she and the apartment description promised. We've rented apartments in Paris before, and this was by far the largest 1 bedroom we've ever rented, and right in the heart of St. Germain - steps from the Metro. It has everything you would ever want in a Paris apartment - fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and a balcony to sit and watch the passersby - and right upstairs from Le Deux Magots. When you arrive, you almost can't believe how spectacular the location is! Also, I couldn't believe there was a king size bed, but there it was - and probably the most comfortable bed we've had in years - high-end hotel quality. You rarely find a king size be in Parisian apartments. We didn't use or open the pull out sofa bed because we didn't need it, but the sheer size of this apartment would make me think that more than 2 people would be very comfortable here. If you want to go food shopping, there is a Grocery store (Monoprix) literally across the street, and you are steps from the open-air markets of Saint Germain. It was a pleasure shopping for our own food and creating meals in this kitchen. Open the doors, let the breeze blow in and enjoy the heart of Paris. My husband and I spent one week in this apartment in October 2012. The location is perfect....walking distance from almost everything one would want to see. The apartment was large, bright, and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The bed was wonderful. The bathroom was bright and modern, with a real glassed in shower (tub also). The kitchen was clean and modern with every convenience. We enjoyed returning from a long day out and about to this lovely space. Anne was terrific to work with and we would stay there again for sure. Thanks Anne for all your help!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Lets start with the location. Directly across the street from Saint Germain de Pres, literally next door to Cafe Deux Magot and Cafe le Flor. In short you are ground zero of Saint Germain de Pres. The living room is large and bright the photos are underexposed and do not do it justice. both of the windows are floor to ceiling french doors that open to a small balcony with a small table and chairs.And a third large but smaller window on one side. The kitchen is small but not tiny and well appointed and clean. The bathroom is immaculate and contemporary. For a family with 2 young children this is far superior to a two bedroom of similar size..because they'd just chop the living room in half and spoil the whole thing. The leather sofa folds down into a comfortable queen size bed.The apartment has great A/C access to free wifi a nice stereo and a flat screen tv with cable and bose surrounds speakers. Light natural hardwood floors through out The bedoom has another set of french doors with small balcony.and a close with a large window in it. I hate ti write this review because I don't want anyone to stay there but me ! The flat is on the third floor and has a nice elevator ! Again the photos are under exposed the apartment really has great light !Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
