We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens. We all agree that this unit has by far the best view of all the Aspen units,. It was also the closest to the ski-out trail. It was nice to have the BBQ and especially the private hot tub which we loved. The beds were very cozy and the property was clean. We were very lucky to get a good dumping of snow the day of our arrival which made the skiing fantastic, especially the top half of the mountain. We visited mid-week so it was pretty quiet around the resort which is fine for our family. It's a challenging hill but it's nice that you don't have to be an expert to ski the bowls, especially with all the snow. This was our second trip to Kicking Horse and hopefully not our last!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family had a weekend ski getaway to this beautiful accomodation. It is a great ski-in location and has amazing views of the valley as well as the ski hill. We had to make a change to our original reservation and found Cory to be very flexible. We will be back and would recommend it to others.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

my husband and i visitted kickinghorse for 3 days and stayed in this ski in ski out condo. it was so comfortable, super stylish, super clean, and it is on the (top) third floor, so has gorgeous views of the mountain and all around with a hot tub on the deck. kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils. bedrooms were cozy, but very comfortable. internet and dvd player all worked great and made for a chilling relaxing vacay. plus the slopes of kicking horse were SICK! have fun! this place is definitely recommended.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

I stayed at this condo with a friend over a weekend and it was a great location and unit. It's on the top floor and elevated from the units around it so there is a great view down into the valley. The hot tub on the patio was fantastic at night to relax in and the inside was very well done. I would definitely consider it again and my old dog was right at home as well.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners.

We stayed 5 days in this great condo in Kicking Horse. Everything was awesome, including the skiing, the hot tub, the view from the balcony. We would definitely go back there.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Cory, your place is amazing! We showed up as the sun was setting and playing games on the Rockies across the valley! Your views are incredible and the condo was even nicer than what we expected. Furnishings and all...especially enjoyed the hot tub. We highly recommend this place!!! "This condo is best described as the best Golden has to offer. It was even better than the pictures, we truly enjoyed our time at the condo, the resort and surrounding communities. We will be back and may just purchase ourselves. Cory you truly have the gem of Golden. Anyone wanting to wake up and enjoy the best views from Kicking Horse Mountain it all starts with your morning coffee on the deck you will be inspired for the rest of the day as it only gets better. We were so happy we found this beautiful home with it's bike in/bike out location. A really important consideration when biking with big heavy downhill bikes. The resort is amazing! A mecca of teachincal and challenging trails with something for everyone. It was a real treat travelling with our bikes in the gondola to the top of the mountain and seeing Boo (Grizzly) Bear playing in his reserve. The Ranger Assist Program is highly recommended and a great way to learn about Boo and Grizzly bears too. We enjoyed the Repack Lunch at the Eagle Eye Restaurant and after a tough day on the hill followed by a well earned drink and supper at Peaks grill, it was great to head back to our home from home and chill in the hot tub enjoying the amazing views. This was the 1st Annual Kicking Horse Downhill Biking vacation for us! We've heard how awesome the ski trails are too so we'll be back this winter. We stayed at this property to attend a wedding at the top of KHMR. The condo was perfect for our needs. Owner has provided an accurate description of the property in the ad. Condo is clean and new; very comfortable with nice, modern decor. Owner was very helpful with details and made payment quick and easy using online transfers. We would definitely recommend this property to others; in fact, I'm sure we'll rent again - the area is gorgeous, and there's so much to do, and Cory was a pleasure to deal with.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Condo for three nights. The condo was just beautiful and had all the ammenities of home. It was furnished with great taste and the deck was fantastic. The view was incredible and being in the hot tub either in the early morning or during the evening was a definate highlight. It was a great place to explore the area by paddle boarding on the lake, taking the gondola ride up the mountain as well as seeing Boo the Grizzly Bear at the sanctuary on the mountain side. This indeed is a hidden treasure and we are looking forward to staying there again! The owner was also wonderful and easy to contact if needed. We were attending a wedding at the Kicking Horse Resort and had never used the VRBO site before. While we were initially hesitant, we decided to give it a try and we were definately glad we did! This is a fantastic 2 bedroom unit that offers a spacious, private deck complete with gorgeous views of the mountains and a very nice hot tub. It has a great floor plan with a well equipped kitchen and is within walking distance to amenities and a restaurant. Thanks so much for letting us use your condo. It was the perfect rental for our weekend adventure in Golden. The condo was very tidy and well-kept and came will all the household necessities. We were able to enjoy a lovely night BBQing on the deck overlooking the sunset in the valley. The hot tub was also a nice treat after a long day of rafting in the kicking horse river. We look forward to planning our next trip out to Golden and hopefully renting your condo again soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I sent my husband and his friends to The Aspens for a golf get-a-way weekend, when they arrived, the first thing my husband said was, "OMG Michelle, this is incredilbe". The view was spectacular from every window, angle and side. The condo was absolutely above par, it was modern, filled with every ammentity you could think of, was immaculate, comfortable and truly gave you the home away from home experience. (Having a BBQ and hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake). The golfing was superb, the wildlife in the area was amazing, wouldnt have believed it if I didnt see it for my own eyes! the owner was very friendly, professional, prompt and extremely helpful with every aspect of this weekend get-a-away. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the experience that much better, he was AWESOME. We will certainly be in touch with him again to book another weekend at his condo!!!!
