San Juan has a big reputation for a small town. Home of the swallows that travel from Argentina home, with an annual parade in March to celebrate their return.
Home of one of the Historic Missions built in 1776. Areas of interest within the Mission walls include the early adobe barracks, Friars quarters, cemetery, aqueduct system, gardens, and the original Stone Church.

We rented this home for one week and only wish that it had not already been booked for the second week that we were staying in Southern California. This rental was in a great location to visit Disneyland, Laguna Beach, Huntington's Beach as well as Sea World in San Diago. This home is in a quiet gated community, and the neighbors are friendly. Our 10 year old daughter and our two 10 year old nieces also loved the home. It had a great playroom for the kids, and a wonderful Patio for the adults. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and had breakfast and the majority of our suppers at the house due to location and the great kitchen. We have used VRBO and stayed in many homes in Canada, the United States and Europe and this home certainly lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Kimberlie (the owner) was a great host, answered all of our questions and accommodated our schedule. Thank you so much Kimberlie and we look forward to future visits and staying in your wonderful home. We will definetely book with you again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
