The villa has a carport that conveniently covers your vehicle. This resort property provides access to you of 1100 feet of private , powder white sand beach with beach chaise lounge and water sport rental services, private marina with boat dockage, waterfront Louisiana Lagniappe Cajun restaurant, complimentary golf on 9-hole, par 3 course, 6 lighted tennis courts, 5 swimming pools (2 are heated) and 3 hot tubs. The beach is a short 3-4 minute walk.

IT WAS A VERY NEAT AND COZY PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR ONLY 2 PEOPLE, BUT DON'T AGREE THAT MORE THAN 2 COULD SLEEP COMFORTABLY. MY ONLY OTHER COMPLAINT IS THE A/C UNIT. IT WAS SOOOO LOUD. OTHER THAN THAT, VERY NEAT COZY GETAWAY!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
Owner response: The studio is designed for two adults most comfortably and a maximum of two small children in addition. No one else has expressed a concern about the A/C sound. I wish that you'd notified me during your stay or even after your stay if there was a concern. I have both a maintenance man on call and an A/C contractor on retainer so that in the event any issue arises it is immediately resolved. I'm so glad that you considered the studio and the resort a good getaway!!

The unit is nice and cozy just enough room for a small close family its easy to maintain and cools off really fast be careful to have the unit a little on the chilly side bcuz it tends to feel a little damp but other than that it was awesome and will definitely rent unit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
