Brand new in 2004, Silver Beach Towers West is one of the most exclusive properties in Destin. Our unit, located on the tenth floor, offers magnificent views of the gulf from the kitchen, great room, master bedroom, and front balcony.
Our unit is decorated throughout with exclusive Kreiss furniture, custom paint, tile throughout the living areas with fabulous gold berber carpet in the bedrooms. The great room, which overlooks the gulf, offers a large color television with DVD/VCR and surround sound.
The dining area of the great room has a beautiful marble table that seats four to six with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen, which also has beautiful views of the gulf, has medium cherry cabinets,exclusive black granite countertops, and fabulous stainless steel GE appliances.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with a beautiful tiled shower and a large jetted bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom, and the additional bedroom has two twin-size beds, and is conveniently located next to the hall bathroom.
All three bedrooms have cable televisions with VCR/DVD players, top quality mattresses, luxury bed linens, palm leaf ceiling fans, and beautiful gold berber carpet. The queen-size and twin bedrooms have small balconies that overlook Destin, and also offer a view of the bay.A X-Box is also available for entertainment.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. At the pool level, a private bin is also available for storing beach chairs and toys, instead of carrying them to the unit daily.There is an assigned underground parking space.Silver Beach Towers is directly gulf-front.
There are no roads to cross.You can hear the waves while sitting on the balcony.In fact,you are only about 100 feet from the sand upon exiting the lobby, where you will find 2 gorgeous pools and hot tubs.This is as close to the beach as you can possibly get!
As a final note,this unit is non-smoking with NO pets allowed.

My wife and I have stayed in this unit each winter since it was built and that in itself should tell you something. Each year we look forward to our return because the unit is so well maintained and we always know what to expect. Some of the things that we particularly like: A huge balcony where we can watch the sun set each night along with a generous size table where we can eat with family and friends; underground parking; combination lock entry; laundry; huge showers; and decorating that makes you feel at home. Many units that we see while in Destin have no paintings or personal touches. This unit does and it makes a difference. Additionally, the linens, pillows, towels and even the dish clothes are always plentiful and top quality. We love that the kitchen is truly fully stocked with everything you might need to make any kind of meal. You are within walking distance of both good restaurants and fast food. Walmart is just a mile away. Whenever there is anything that might need attention I just e-mail or call the owners and it is taken care of promptly. We can't wait to return to not only a beautiful unit but one of the best views on Destin's beautiful beaches.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My children and I stayed in this condo in September. We had an amazing time...easy/convenient underground parking, mid-Destin accessible to everything, beautiful beach and pool, lots of security to get into building/pool/beach. The condo itself is furnished with upscale furniture and very comfortable bedding!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted. Plenty of space with nice sized bedrooms/baths. Most important...very clean!! The views from the 10th floor are spectacular. I could enjoy the sunrise with my coffee in the morning and sunset with a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony. Nice table and chairs on the balcony to eat outside and enjoy the ambiance. I have to mention how wonderful Hans and his son, Jerry, were to work with on arranging the details...very friendly and responsive!! I would highly recommend this condo...I think it is better than the pictures!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was an absolutely fabulous condo! The living quarters are beautifully decorated and has everything you could need plus more! The gorgeous beach is only steps away, the only thing between you and the beach is a beautiful pool area. Free chair and umbrella set up on the beach. Close to everything, easy drive/walk to stores, restaurants. Hans and Jerry were wonderful and very easy to get ahold of. Would HIGHLY recommend this property!! We hope to go back!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
