It's close to all the attractions and has plenty to offer with the City of Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Melbourne all within 10-20 minutes. Easy plane trip to either Orlando, Melbourne or Sanford airports. Easy cruise out of Cape Canaveral too!

It's so convenient to everything and offers old world charm in the City of Cocoa and new world resorts and dining. Easy commute to airport for all our renters and family and love the trolley which all ages enjoy to ride along A1A as well as to a mall or movie. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards for your family's fun!There's also the heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and putting green!
