Lovely new 475 square foot accessible studio apartment across the street from Lake Sammamish, near Microsoft, Boeing and Seattle with a 5 night minimum stay. The studio has a great room design with a 32-inch flat screen TV, cable, wireless broadband and a DVD player. We also have a wall telephone for local calls only. The lighting in the ground level studio is wonderful with two private entrances (one of which is french doors that open to view Lake Sammamish). We have a new queen size bed with the 550 thread count bed linen and bedding change in the closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, can opener, blender, toaster, coffee pot everything you need for a wonderful homecooked meal. The kitchen has a microwave, , electric range, refrigerator and sink. We also have a washer and dryer plus an iron and ironing board.
Bring your bike and walk outside your door to a bike path that goes around Lake Sammamish. Drive 15 minutes to Seattle and see all the attractions including the Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and wonderful award winning restaurants. Pack up your hiking or ski gear and head east to the Cascade mountains in about 20 minutes.

About the owner: We are a married couple who moved back to the neighborhood my wife was raised in. The accessible studio was made for her elderly parents. This is the first time it has been offered as a vacation rental.
Why the Owner Chose Bellevue:
The Lake Sammamish area is a wonderful place to live and play. Close to I-90, Seattle, Snoqualime Pass, snow and water ski adventures and white water rafting. Just open your front door and go out on the bike path that goes round the lake. For dining there are award winning restaurants in both Seattle and Bellevue.Seattle also offer professional sports activites with the Mariners, Seahawks and Sounders. Plus wine tasting galore in nearby Woodinville...It has and is close to all the things we love to do.
