In 2012 this unit came under new ownership. My wife and I had rented this unit from January through March for the past six years from the previous owners. The new owner contacted us and offered the option to continue renting the unit for the same time period in 2013.When we arrived in 2013 we were very pleased to see the many upgrades the new ownership had completed. The unit has new carpeting in all the rooms, the Master Batheroom has been completely remodeled, the Guest Bathroom has a new vanity and mirror as well as a new tiled floor. The walls and woodwork have all been newly painted. A new microwave and refrigerator has been installed as well as additional cookware and dishes being purchased. The living room has new comfortable furniture, and new decor was noted throughout the unit. The linens and towels were ample and of good quality. We recommend this unit well ahead of other units we have seen on Hilton Head and are aware that the owner has committed to adding more upgrades in the future. This location is "GREAT", flat screen TV's in all the rooms, free calling and internet, a DVR for recording your special programs, five minite walk to the beach, miles of bike trails, plus tennis and golf, you name it, its within five minutes of the condo. And most of all,is a place to relax and experience a vacation to remember. We are returning again in 2014!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We wanted to get away for a nice quiet time close to the beach. We found the perfect location. We rented this condo because it was very close to the beach. Also, it was just across the street from the pool area. The furniture in the Living Room looked brand new. Very comfy couch. Nice deck overlooking a very peaceful waterway. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and supplies. Paper towels, soaps, garbage bags, were all included. The master bedroom had a king size bed and I slept so well! In the 2nd bedroom, there was a double bed, and also a twin bed. We didn't need this room as it was just my husband and myself, but would be perfect had we brought along our daughter, her hubby and our grandson. May do this next year. There was also a washer and dryer we used to wash our beach towels every other day and we did our laundry before we went home, so had all clean clothes instead of taking dirty clothes home. It was also great to have free internet for my laptop. It was so peaceful and convenient to the pool, and also the short walk over to the beach. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hilton Head Island. I would recommend this place to my friends if they visit Hilton Head.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The description and pictures are worth a thousand words until you are actually here ... this condo is not clean nor well stocked. The kitchen supplies, dishes, etc. are pitiful. The towels are thin and worn and there are not bath mats. I would not recommend this condo to anyone ... but we will make the best of it ... Oh the phone doesn't at all and the TV picture is not clear nor crisp -- not sure how they are getting cable??? The showers are set up very strange too -- controls on the outside of the wall instead of in the shower -- all strange .. don't let the pictures fool you -- they did me and spent way too much money on this condo.Did you find this review helpful?
