Finished just over a year ago, this beautiful beach home has been owner occupied and is now for rent for the first time. Located in San Dunes, a premier Cape San Blas community. Situated on a strip with Gulf front on one side and a pristine bay on the other, both offering any family great water activities.
Walk out the door, cross the dunes and enjoy your days on the white sand beach- play in the surf, games on the beach, dolphin watching, shelling, walking the natural and un-crowded beach, build sandcastles, fish from shore, or ride the waves. Or if you prefer, the pool with bath house.
Home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. The large master bedroom is fully appointed including its own walkout deck with a great gulf view, king size sleep number bed, and master bathroom. One queen size bed in upper bedroom. A full bed with a pull out trundle in 3rd. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with twin size on top, full on the bottom.
The upper floor features an open great room with a wonderful view of the natural coastline. The entertainment area includes a large HD flat screen, satellite TV premier package, DVD player, X-Box, and stereo. Well appointed large kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and island eating area. Separate dining area. Italian seating, leather sectional, and dining furniture.
All sorts of water activities in proximity- boating, sailing, fishing (salt and freshwater), boggie boarding, snorkeling/diving, wind surfing, etc. Beautiful and pristine St. Joseph Peninsula State park is just over 2 miles away. Wonderful 15 mile bike/walking path starts at the park and runs the entire length of Cape San Blas.

My family is rather picky, we like to have the beach without competition. It was like having our own private beach AND pool. We we able to swim in November! Definitely coming back again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This new home has great views, plus a boardwalk beside the home taking one down to the ocean within minutes! The availability of a small private pool was an added plus. The Sheridan's are generous with their renters, leaving an outside storage closet full of beach toys and paraphernalia! They were also accommodating getting us in immediately after another renter, and were very accessible when any minor issue came up. S.Joseph's State Park is a short drive away and is pristine...a great area to explore. We were also within short driving distances of Port St.Joe and other picturesque small towns. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently stayed in this home on our first visit to Cape San Blas, FL. It was perfect for our needs. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The appliances were new and easy to operate. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes, everything we needed. The large pantry was perfect to store our food products out of the way. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well - there were actually 2 units. We previously stayed in a home that was not adequately cooled so we were very pleased with the AC. The views from the 2 gulf front decks were beautiful. The pool was a short walk across the street with no traffic. The pool is shared but we actually only swam once when our group encountered another couple. The boardwalk to the beach is well maintained. The beach was breath taking! There were no crowds. The guys enjoyed fishing and being able to cast about without people around. We built a camp fire right on the beach and roasted marshmallows and hot dogs. We had a great vacation and fell in love with Cape San Blas, FL!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home is in an exclusive community on the north part of the cape, offering crystal clear water.
