Located in Richmond Park, within Kingston Plantation, our spacious vacation home features 1235 sq ft of air conditioned comfort with plenty of room for the entire family. This unit has three TVs, a DVD player, a fully furnished kitchen, a fireplace for the spring and fall, two large full bathrooms and two very comfortable bedrooms. The villa is just a few minutes walk from Richmond Park's private pool, the Beach or a full service Gym and tennis courts. Just outside the family room is a large deck which is ideal for eating that quiet breakfast or reading that book you can't put down.
The resort a is gated community and is centrally located to all of Myrtle Beaches attractions. Restaurants, Golf, Shows, Shopping outlets, water parks are all within a 5-15 minute drive. It is easily located on Kings Rd. just at the end of Highway 22. Don't worry about heavy traffic arriving or departing. Getting in and out is a breeze.
Housekeeping fees and linens are included. NO PETS ALLOWED. There is a $250 security deposit or you can buy an insurance policy for $39 which will cover damages up to $1500. This is a new listing but will fill up fast. Email us for reservations

As soon as I walked in the villa, I felt like I was at home and knew this was the place for me and my family. I stayed in the Villa for four nights for a golf trip to the Dunes Club. The villa was close to the golf course and restaurants, yet somewhat private in Kingston Plantation to not have the typical Myrtle Beach feel. The owner was prompt to respond to my email inquiries. I found the listing to be exactly as described. Without any hesitation, I will be staying in this villa for all of my return trips to Myrtle Beach.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

We had a great time at the villa! Everything was clean & comfortable. The location was awesome! We an't wait to go back. Jake had a great time, we can't wait to explore more. This villa was everything as described. It was really clean, well equipped and what we needed for our stay at Myrtle Beach. The owner was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had about the villa. We will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
