Classic Spanish style duplex building with separate dwellings upstairs and downstairs. This is for the downstairs. It features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has french double doors in both the bedroom and the kitchen that open into the charming rear patio which features a relaxing fountain set amongst beautiful tropical plants and flowers. It is located centrally in the village of old La Jolla, blocks from Prospect Place and it's numerous shops and fine restaurants as well as the La Jolla Cove and the famous Cave shop. Space for up to 2 cars to park, but you could get away without driving at all since the grocery store, dining, shopping, and the beach are all so close. Entertainment, attractions, and activities in La Jolla include The Comedy Store, snorkeling & scuba diving, bike & ocean kayak tours, surfing lessons, Scripps Aquarium, Torrey Pines Golf Course, The Beach & Tennis Club, and La Jolla Playhouse.
Both the upstairs and downstairs units each have their own separate entrances and access to separate private parking spaces secured by garage doors. A fantastic place, close to everything
My boyfriend and I were very happy to stay at this place for 4 months and we don't have anything bad to say about it. The place had everything we needed: kitchen tools, sheets, washer and dryer, cable, internet and much more. The location in the center of La Jolla is perfect, close to good restaurants, supermarket and the sea, and also right next to a bus stop, so you don't even need a car to get around. We also enjoyed the big terrace with bbq. Our landlord was also very friendly and if anything was wrong it got fixed right away. All in all this place was perfect for us and we would really like to come back one day.

Beautiful home in EZ walking distance to the Village and Cove, restaurants and shopping of all types. Good off street garage or driveway parking. The back and both side yards are Mexican tile with tables and umbrellas.A great fountain and mood lighting for ambiance. A small park is located less than a block away and is dog friendly. House is well equipped with a large screen Sat.TV over the fireplace.A comfortable King size bed and french doors located in the large bedroom.Newly remolded bath has a nice shower. Loads of closet space and fans everywhere.Helpful owners during our month long retreat!
