While you will do most of your living on the huge deck overlooking the Gulf (or maybe dangling your toes in the water!), the main floor includes a recently remodeled living area, dining table, 1/2 bath, and kitchen. The deck has a teak table that comfortably sits 6, large shade umbrella and grill - all new as of July 2012.
On the second level, the master bedroom opens to its own private deck overlooking the ocean. The Master has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds and its own private bathroom.
The town home has access to both Summer's Edge Pools - one of which is seasonally heated and both of which are just a few hundred feet away.
Ramsgate is conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac about 2 miles from Seaside and 6 miles from Rosemary Beach, both of which have fun shopping and dining choices.

What a fantastic place. We're a pretty picky family but we couldn't find one thing wrong with this unit. It's right on the beach, close to but not on top of 30A so it's convenient yet quiet, nicely decorated, fully furnished and very spacious. And for the occasions when we wanted a change in scenery, the pools (2 of them) are about a 1 minute walk. The location is perfect - right in beween Watercolor and Seaside on the one end and Rosemary Beach on the other so there is plenty to explore within a short drive or nice bike ride. We will definitely be staying here again!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved this condo! I did a lot of research to find the perfect place this year and I definitely found it at Ramsgate. The location could not have been better- close enough to Seaside but not as busy. The furnishings were very nice- everything has been updated. Cute pottery barn style interior- very beachy. We loved the deck- eating outside and cooking on the grill. Molly was very responsive to any needs we had and I really appreciate her personal attention. We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property was heaven on earth! It was the most perfect place to stay for us. It was my husband and I and another couple who stayed there. We wanted a place right on the beach and that’s exactly what we got. Every morning we would eat breakfast out on the porch, ocean right in front of us and we even saw dolphins. It had new furniture, inside and out, comfortable beds, umbrellas and chairs, really anything you would need. Grant and Molly were amazing to work with. I emailed them a few times before the trip to ask questions and they would reply promptly and were always happy to help. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

One of the best places on the beach! The condo was newly furnished, incredibly clean and fully equipped. The porch is AMAZING....right on the beach with new outdoor furniture, new grill, and the most amazing view! Both pools were kept up beautifully! The owner provided beach chairs, floats, sand toys galore and even provided bikes. I would recommend this property to EVERYONE......I know I will be gong back. Great food & fun within walking distance. If you want a FANTASTIC beach vacation.....this is your place!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation here. This was our first time to the Gulf Shore and we loved it!. This townhouse was directly on the beach and just perfect. Molly was great to work with and made our trip very stress free. The best part was the huge deck - waking up and having coffee watching dolphin swim by (we saw dolphin almost every day!), having an afternoon cocktail while the kids played in the sand, or grilling out and having dinner watching a beautiful sun set. Thank you so much - we will be back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
