We certainly enjoyed our experience at this condo. The owner's description and photos were very accurate. We had a great view of the ocean and could often watch surfers from our windows. The condo was well equipped and maintained. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was very clean. The condo complex had a good, private access to the beach where we enjoyed many walks. The condo complex's View Room was an excellent place to enjoy the sunset. We also enjoyed the Solana Beach area. The condo is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and also the Coaster train into San Diego. We would definitely recommend this property to others and plan to return there ourselves. It has been a pleasure to work with this owner.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My husband, my son (12), my daughter (10) and I LOVED our stay at this property! We especially loved the easy beach access, beautiful views fromt the unit, easy parking and excellent Del Mar/Solana Beach location. We could walk to restaurants as well and it was close to shopping in the Cedros Design District. Fun for everyone. We especially appreciated the owners who were easy to work with and lovely. We would rent this property again. SincerelyRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
