Great week in the woods

Guest: JT (Rhode Island )
Date of Stay: 10/22/11 Review Submitted: 12/04/11

Had a great time with family and friends and everything was as advertised. The owner was very easy to deal with and very helpful in supplying details to help add to our experience. Owners of the local store went out of their way to point us in the right direction. Can't wait for next year.

Old Mans Get-A-Way !

This is our second trip to Linger Longer and we were not dissapointed. The Log Cabin is large and very clean.Paul called us the day we got to the Cabin and my friends thought it was an excellent way to create good will by the owner. The Cabin is secluded but near some nice places to eat. We traveled to Dixville Notch and to the Canadian Boarder. We drove to No. Conway and to the MT Washington Hotel. You can never get such a bargin in the Great North Woods. If you like the woods and great accomadations, then try Linger Longer. B.W. Roy - Fitchburg, Mass.

Guys Weekend

Guest: FF/Medic (Derry, NH)
Date of Stay: 11/08/11 Review Submitted: 11/27/11

Seven of my buddies and I rented the cabin for a guys weekend. The place is unbelievable and we had a blast, it’s the ultimate getaway! There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone, and it was very clean. The game room is great, its like the ultimate man cave for hours of fun! I couldn’t have designed a better vacation house. There is plenty of room to ride 4 wheelers and snowmobiles. The owner Paul was a pleasure to rent from and made sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to returning next year, thanks Paul!! Yearly Hunting Trip

Guest: J.W (gilbertville Ma)
Date of Stay: 10/15/10 Review Submitted: 11/02/11

We've been hunting New Hampshire for about the last 15 years, the past 5 at Linger Longer. It is a wonderful place to stay with all the privacy you could ask for. Plenty of room to let the dogs out to play at the end of the day and no need to worry about cars riding by. A nice thing is that within a 30 minute ride in any direction you can find plenty of birds to keep you and the dog busy. At the end of the hunting day you can relax on the porch, make a fire in the fire pit and cook dinner in the pavilion. On rainy days you can enjoy the game room in the basement, play pool, darts, or fooseball, and even air hockey. It is always a great time and a great place to stay. We always look forward to next years trip up North, would recommend it to anyone who wants to hunt, fish, hike snowmobile or just enjoy the outdoors.

As always it's a pleasure to be at Linger Longer. This time it rained pretty much during our getaway so we took full advantage of the downstairs gameroom and the pavillion. We'll be back!

Second time around

Guest: Bruce and Tracey (Bow, NH)
Date of Stay: 09/20/11 Review Submitted: 09/29/11

This is our second year staying at the cabin and like last year it was perfect. The weather was great the color good and wildlife to be seen where ever we went. More trails to ride in Jericho park and Success and the ATVing was excellent. Caught lots of fish and was picking blueberries down the road at Blueberry Heaven and they were loaded big and sweet who knew they were still picking into Sept. Still needed more that a week to do it all, next year have to make it longer. We really love this place and wish it were ours.

Milan Getaway

Guest: mds (NH)
Date of Stay: 09/13/11 Review Submitted: 09/28/11

I spent a week in early September at the Linger Longer property. The cabin was equipped with all the comforts of home, all you needed to bring was food. But if you didn't, there is plenty of trout fishing within walking distance. Whether you like fly fishing or rod and reel, there is plenty to be done. The neighbors in the area are more than friendly, as well. So if you are looking for a getaway, after the busy summer, I would recommend this cabin.

Relax and enjoy!

Date of Stay: 07/16/11 Review Submitted: 09/25/11

This was our first year at the Linger Longer cabin and we really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was all we expected and more - the owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful as it was our first trip to the area. The cabin was a great place to relax in the morning and again in the evening. During the day we found plenty to do including hiking, riding the ATV's at Jericho State Park and a trip to Wildcat Mtn to ride the zipline. One of the highlights of our week was picking wild blueberries in the area and making homemade blueberry bread using a recipe I found at the cabin. We hope to visit again and would love to come back to explore in fall or for some snowmobiling in winter!

Perfect once again

Another perfect September weekend at Longer Longer. The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and ready for our use as always. We did a lot of relaxing this year at the cabin and pavilion. The campfire was perfect for the cool nights. There was plenty of wood available for us to use and plenty more in the surrounding woods. One of our favorite things about this cabin is how private it is. We did a little fishing and driving around the area. The owner is great to work with and always makes sure everything is right for you. It could not have been easier. We love this place and plan to spend many more weekends here. Just go Linger Longer already! You'll love it!

this is my 5th or 6th time here and i find linger longer the best place to go for piece and quite.i go fishing every year up here and it gets better and better.the cabin holds my brothers and nephews with room to spare, the game room and bar makes nights a pleasure.although we spend most of them at the pavillion and fire pit.playing horseshoes or cribbage at the picnic table.and when we go for rides we see more wildlife bears, moose, deer, turkeys, bald eagles, ospreys you name it we see it.this is a true natures paradise and i would recomend this place to anyone that likes out of the way places but not so far that there isnt things nearby to do.
