I have rented houses for ski trips with friends a couple of times and this is the best in terms of the compromise between location, price, and quality of the house. It's super close to Heavenly ski lifts and to the Gondola, the hot tub is huge and fits comfortably 8 people, and the house itself was well maintained and well equipped. We spent a weekend here for a Birthday and get together with friends from all of California. This home has everything you could want and a great atmosphere. Located right on the lake with a large deck and boat dock, even though it was February it was great to hangout outside, sit in the spa and BBQ. The kitchen is nice and open with the dining area and living room which allowed for a perfect setting to talking and relax. The master is an open loft that is very large and an amazing view. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and I couldn't have asked for anything more!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I spent a few day at this very well kept cabin. From the fully sticked kitchen to family stlye picnic table in the dining room. It had a very comfortables feel for the kid as well as the adults. The hot tub was great with a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The location made you feel like you were away from the traffic and niose but you were close enough to get a little casino time and get anything you need for the your stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The home had a beautiful water view and high quality fixtures throughout the house. Our kids had a blast with the toys and games and the fireplace added the perfect touch as a snowstorm came in while we were there. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Brinzerhaus. It was just as described - great home, great location, good floor plan and easy access to all that Tahoe has to offer. The kitchen was amazing - probably the best stocked rental I've ever seen. We cooked in almost every night and ate outside on the nice deck under the stars. The home is not huge, but perfectly suitable for a family. The kids room is a lot of fun... a bunk bed and even some great toys. We loved our stay and hope to be back again soon.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved staying at this adorable house! Everything was perfectly maintained and very clean, modern and upgraded. The pictures on this site don't do it justice at all! We have 3 small children and it could not have been more perfect. There are bunk beds in one room, where we had our twins sleep. There is a single bed in the other room, where we set up our pack n play for our 22 month old. These two rooms are downstairs. We then slept in the loft upstairs. It is a very large room with a lovely view of the water straight out through (uncovered) windows. The loft has a bathroom as well. The kitchen was well supplied and very clean and new. The living room was small but comfortable. There were many things that made it easier for us with kids - a booster seat in the closet, some toys, a working DVR, kids plates/cups, etc. EXCELLENT place for kids! We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck at night, overlooking the water. We watched many geese, a badger, jumping fish, and a raccoon. There were a lot of small fish swimming around off the deck. The owners of the house are prompt in communication and very friendly. We enjoyed everything about the house and would definitely rent again in the future at the same place!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
