Our luxury penthouse is the result of years in the searching and three years of renovation work. It's a gorgeous, shining fourth floor located into a 1950s Roman building. It features circa 400 sqm divided into three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, a double living room with fireplace; circa 200 sqm of terraces run all around the flat, seamlessly, providing a splendid view of the neighborhood and including an outer jetpool that sits four adults.
The whole flat sports a fast wireless internet connection (fiber optics), a multi room Sonos System controllable via its own pads or iphones/ipads, four main large flat TV displays two of which measuring 60 inches with included English pay-tv (Sky), a DVD collection (Action, Adventure, Drama, Toons, ... ), a professional alarm system with videocameras and much more.
One master bedroom has an oversize (larger than Kingsize) Treca bed, made by hand in France and one child bed. The second master bedroom has a kingsize Sealy California. Third master bedroom has twin bed system. One bathroom feature jacuzzi and shower, one bathroom feature jacuzzi; two bathroom features a large shower, one with also a turkish bath.
The flat has air conditioning (warm/cold) in every single room. The flat is largely controllable by domotics (lights, shades, room temperature). Laundry room and office. Alarm system.

                    We stayed in this apartment in July 2012. We were looking for an upmarket apartment our stay in Rome. People have different definitions of luxury but this apartment definitely was very upmarket, clean, functional, very big, fully equipped (with a maid). I felt right at home. It is abt 20ms walking to the old Rome, 8€ by taxi, public transport available 1 minute away, some good restaurants within walking distance. Good neighbourhood, butcher, supermarket, baker, all within 3 minutes walking distance. Outside the tourist buzz but still close enough, can recommend

                    Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

                    Our visit to Rome was wonderful, made that much more so by staying in this amazing home. It is in a very nice residential neighborhood (next to several embassies) near the Borghese gardens, with restaurants and a supermarket close and easily accessible on foot. The building is very secure with an elevator to their floor. The apartment itself is gorgeous. It is very modern, stuffed with top end amenities and has lots of room: more than we needed (there were four of us), but great for our girls to explore. The outside patio that goes around the entire place was lovely, with a pleasant breeze during the hot summer. That said, the strong air conditioner was appreciated as well! Things could not have gone better.

                    Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
