Easy 5 minute drive to Beautiful Bethany Beach which is 1.5 miles away. This is a luxurious 3 level model townhouse with lots of extras. On the first level is the game room which has 2 fans and 15 indoor flood lights. A large table with 7 wooden chairs invites you to gather for puzzles, chess, or snacks. Also a large sofa and two chairs are comfortable for reading and relaxing. Next to this room is the TV room with a very large sofa. There is a full bathroom with shower. The backyard has a concrete patio. The second level has the fabulous great room with a fireplace and daybed. Relax or entertain here or outside in the screened deck where there are table and chairs. The kitchen is upgraded with granite counters, tile floors and black appliances that any chef would want to use. The Dining room has a comfortable table and chairs with a bar section. A half bathroom is off the dining room. The house has a Nutone system so you can listen to music in any room you select. The third level has the Master bedroom with deluxe Sterns and Foster pillow topped queen mattress with large walk-in closet, deck, and full bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has the same queen expensive bed for extreme comfort.The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed and shares a full bathroom with tub. The washer and dryer room is next to the bathroom. Multiple decks and 9 ceiling fans with remotes makes a comfortable place to stay.

Really love this house, it is clean and spacious. It is also in a quiet setting not far from the beach. We have been here on several occassions and enjoyed each time! The house is new and well kept, beautifully decorated. Will definately come again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This house is gorgeous, even nicer than it looks in the photos. There is so much space we never even used two of the rooms! I would highly recommend staying here if you don't mind driving to the beach. We had a girls weekend and found this place to be relaxing and comfortable and perfect for our purpose. We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious townhouse!! Super spacious, much larger than we thought! The pictures do not do it Justice! Very clean and everything was new. The owner was very kind and helpful. She responded to my calls and questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends, we hope to come back next year. Love the location. Tucked away from the traffic and noise, but so close to the beach and shops!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Bethany Beach is a peaceful place to be. My family always vacationed in this area and I have wonderful memories of crabbing, fishing, surfing the waves and strolling the boardwalk shops. I am a loyal vacationer of Bethany Beach and returned time and again so I purchased this second home. I walk the beach everyday and enjoy sunrises and sunsets which is paradise to me.
