Our family of 2 young adult kids, my husband and I, and my parents in their 70's wanted a quick getaway over the Remembrance Day long weekend! I am so happy we booked this lovely cabin. We had a wonderful time riding our quad, rzr and dirt bike on the extensive trails and logging roads behind the La Casa Resort complex and loved our cozy evenings doing puzzles and watching TV in the evenings. We didn't miss the pools or hot tubs not being open (they close seasonally) and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet. It snowed which added to the beauty and peace. The cabin itself is very nice and is well decorated with great beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Clint is also a wonderful owner to deal with and is ready to help with anything you need. All in all, I would heartily recommend this cabin and I can only imagine how much fun it would be in the summer time for young families with the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini-golf course and so on! We'd love to book this again in the fall for a quiet escape from every day life.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
