This charming home sits across from Crescent Beach, a private association beach. There is plenty of room for friends and relatives with 5 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 baths - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with ceiling fans in the partially finished attic on the 3rd floor; one opens to a lovely screen porch.

Inside the house, there is a living room and dining room both accessible from the wrap-around porch and offering great views of the water. The large eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and enhanced by a butler's pantry with even more provisions. A laundry room with washer and dryer opens to the back yard.

On the second floor, 3 of the 5 bedrooms open out to a wrap-around porch allowing for those great ocean breezes and a place to relax after a day at the beach.
