With beautiful Pinewood Lake to the rear and a pretty pond with huge oak tree to to the front, this is one of the few very large six bedroom, lakefront properties on this quiet and rather select estate. Its huge vaulted ceilings, large garden and lakeside fishing jetty set it apart from so many others. Relax by the lake, fish with house tackle for Bass, Catfish, or simply soak up the sun - or the sunset!
Being eight years old this estate does not suffer from the "new villa" problems like 'area still under construction' and small plot size. It is an extremely peaceful area. The ground floor Master bedrooms-en-suite has a KING-SIZE bed with glass doors to the pool and spa. It has a TV and two walk in closets. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, big tub, twin vanity units, and water closet. A further five large bedrooms upstairs all with built in closets:
A TRIPLE room with a full double and single overlooking the pond,a Queen bedroom with TV overlooking the pool and lake.
A second KING-SIZE bed across the balcony has TV and Pond and oak tree view.
There are a further two twins, one of which overlooks the pond and oak tree. A sofabed - one of three sofas in the great room sleeps two more persons; accommodating a total of 15 people, though we impose a maximum of 14 on the property.
Separate dining room with place settings for six people, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen linked to a breakfast and dinning area with table seating a further four. From there through more glass doors to the Lanai - a covered eating/BBQ area by the pool with its' own intercom/radio station.
Every room in the house and even the lanai/pool has an intercom and integral AM/FM radio system. All rooms are individually controlled.two sets of Golf clubs, two kids bikes (ages 4-12)and an adults bike, three fishing rods and tackle are provided. The lake deck should be in place by the end of September 2004.
Interstate 4, Route 27, supermarket, Celebration and golf-champions gate all just eight minutes away. Mini-market/fuel station /Chicken/pizza/fish n chips take way serving most daily needs is just ONE minutes drive from the estate entrance. Disney Parks start 15 minutes away. Atlantic/Gulf coasts/Kennedy Space Centre all 60-80 minutes away. Orlando centre less than 20 minutes.
