A beautiful golf course community, The Preserves is the newest section at the Tara Golf and Country Club. The Preserves has its own clubhouse with restaurant, pool, and tennis courts. This course is pay as you go, and can accommodate most tee times, but reservations are suggested. The property also has bike and walking trails.
The Preserves are conveniently located just west of I-75 with shopping less than two miles away and the beautiful Gulf beaches only nine miles away. Beach chairs and towels are provided with the unit. Sorry - no pets allowed!
This non-smoking unit has plantation shutters throughout, with upgraded neutral tile and carpet. The eat-in kitchen has corian counters, microwave, range, large side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
