San Carlos Condominiums conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The first two floors are covered parking (a plus during inclement weather) as well as an additional lot located across Beach Blvd. just for San Carlos guests.
San Carlos features a zero entry gulf side pool complimented with lounge chairs, a fitness center with a full view of the gulf, a sauna, as well as a grilling area for our guest's use.
Our spacious 6th floor, three bedroom/three bath unit is splendid - an awesome view with the feel of home! The private balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Spacious 9 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows.
A large master bedroom with a view of the gulf is complimented with a large bathroom area. A double vanity dressing area and walk-in closet separates the Jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower.
Quality furnishings through out. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, Living room has a 42' flat screen TV with BluRay and DVD player/stereo with iphone dock.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, as well as a wet bar. Carpeting throughout the bedrooms and living area. Tile in the hallway, bathrooms and kitchen area.

Very Nice Condo!
Very Nice Condo!
This condo has everything that you need to have a great vacation. We came for Spring Break and had an awesome time. The beds and linens were good, the kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed. It doesn't have a sit down dining table, but the bar was fine. The elevators are fast at this complex and close to this unit, also a plus. My favorite thing was leaving the sliding glass door in the master, open just enough to hear the waives. Best sleep ever!

Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
The stay was very nice and the owner very good to deal with. They are new owners and a few things need to be upgraded but this will likely happen over time. The only negative was the lack of a dinning table that did provide some challenges especially when entertaining on occasion.

Owner response: There is a 10 foot bar with 6 bar stools that provide an area for eating at the present time. There will be a dining table added in the future.

We enjoyed our stay August 31 thru September 3. And again, we appreciate the discount you offered and the late check out. The storms had cleared and it was a beautiful Saturday and Sunday. The layout and furnishings of your unit was very nice. Clearly, you take pride in your unit. Again thank you very much, we had a great time, and good luck with your unit.

Hello Donna We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed staying at your condo.You all have done a fabulous job supplying the unit with essentials needed while there. We loved that it was so centrally located for easy access to shopping and dining. Everything was great with your condo. We left the wrist bands for the pool in the desk drawer. Thanks Barry and Judy

Owner was very helpful. Condo was clean and property was well maintained. The only problem was the air in the unit. The thermostat would not work and the air would not stop running. Therefore, we had to turn it off manually several times a day and during the night. On our last night there, a repairman came to fix the air.

About the owner: Jesse and Donna grew up in Tupelo, Mississippi. Both graduated from Tupelo High School and Mississippi State University 'GO DAWGS'. After working many years raising children and building businesses we are trying to slow down and enjoy this short life we have been blessed with.
