  The property is extremely close to two beaches and a short 15 minute walk into town. There are two queen beds and a bunk bed setup. If you are renting the place and you DO mind sharing beds, it only sleeps 4 people, but, there is tons of floor space for mattresses. The views are excellent and the kitchen is more than adequately sized and perfect for creating large dinners. There is a large deck that is great for watching the sun set onto the Eastern hills of Lake Chelan. Overall the place is pretty great. Parking is a pain though, especially if you drive anything larger than a KIA Soul or equivalent vehicle. But, there is a large gravel parking lot about 200-300 feet to the North where you can park your car for the week. For the money, this place is a great value!

  With exuberant certainty, I will tell you dear friends, that my return to this magnificent Lake Chelan vacation property is imminent. Upon entering you will find yourself basking in the soothing natural light afforded by a breathtaking wall of picture windows, providing sweeping views of the lake. I found the expansive wrap around deck to be the ideal location to indulge in the lakeside scenery with a crisp glass of wine. Comfortable furnishings and plentiful storage space make this unit ideal for a variety of vacationing enthusiasts. The perfectly appointed chef’s kitchen with its grandiose island was absolute perfection for entertaining my guests in style and comfort. As I travel with a party of discriminating tastes, our erudite endorsement is such that the Chelan wineries are of exquisite quality and not to be missed. I recommend arranging a car to transport you on your wine tour so that you may fully relax and enjoy the stunning scenery that Chelan County has to offer. Also not to be missed is the charming sandy beach conveniently located across the street from the lake house and the delightful downtown, only a healthy walking distance away, with its quaint shops and enchanting eateries. I have already arranged for an encore visit to this superb destination.

  All vacillation held prior to showing up to an unfamiliar rental was immediately washed away upon opening the door and stepping into a overflow of natural light provided by a wall of windows exhibiting incredible views of Lake Chelan! Personally, I felt the unit was situated within walking distance of any and all activities I wanted to accomplish on my (unfortunately too short) vacation. The water park, boat rentals, fantastic beaches and all the amenities of down town Chelan are at your disposal. I am not an avid golfer but from what I hear the courses in the area are not to be missed. One thing I will be doing on my next stay here is a tour of the local vineyards. I found out, a little too late, that you can hire a personal driver (or drive yourself) on a wine tasting exploration of the hills surrounding Chelan. Chelan has grown up a significant amount over the past years and provides excellent dining options. My routine was to walk into town, effectively getting my appetite up, choose a restaurant maybe listen to some live music and then hail a taxi cab (about $6 plus a tip) for a return home. I will be suggesting this rental to friends and family for its location, internal amenities and overall renting convenience! Hope this helps some soon to be vacationers make up their mind!

  We stayed at this rental for memorial day weekend 2012. The 3 bedrooms were great for our group as there were several of us. There is also a large common area, with a huge island countertop in the kitchen. The location is grea, downtown is walkable, which was nice, so nobody had to drive. There is also a dock across the street where we could load and unload from the boat we rented. Overall a great experience. Would certainly rent again.

  I cant say enough good things about staying here. It can comfortably accommodate any size party, has beach/lake access, and is close enough to walk downtown. All amenities I look for in a vacation property are offered at a more than reasonable price pooint/

  My family had a wonderful stay. The unit was spacious and well kept. The location was perfect--across the street from a small beach and a walkable distance to town. I hope to visit again!
