Casa Abalone sits in the Heart of Birdrock with direct ocean views from both the front patio and also the living room and office.
Walk through the Stable door entrance way and you are immediately invited into a light, airy and spacious home beautifully appointed.
To the right is the office which has a large desk overlooking the pacific ocean and a sleeper sofa that can transform the room into a third bedroom.
To the left is a very spacious and comfortable living room with flat screen TV, cable, fireplace and ocean views.
Walking through the living room you are invited into the galley kitchen that features a Viking Range, Stainless Steel appliances including dishwasher and even a hidden nook with microwave, coffee maker and more.
Clean up after your dinner party looking through one of the large porthole windows that are a theme throughout the home.
Walking through the kitchen you will arrive at a light and airy dining room with large windows and french doors overlooking the private back garden.
Walking into the garden you will find some very comfortable chairs with a gourmet gas grill and lots of green grass and palm trees to escape into the night.
Off the living room is a beautifully tiled bathroom beside the guest bedroom with Queen size bed and Mirrored closet doors.
Next you will come to the Master Suite with another Queen size bed, lots of airy space, a walk in closet with Portal window and lots of relaxing space.
The master bathroom is to be seen to be believed. With sunken bathtub surrounded by windows overlooking the garden, a walk in shower, double vanity and large closet space. The bathroom alone is a truly peaceful getaway all on its own.
Down the street is the ocean with the breezes blowing your way on a warm summers night.
The shops and restaurants in Birdrock are world class dining from upscale to Starbucks and more.
There are workout shops, yoga shops, ice cream shops and much, much more. Even a great pet store with grooming.
