It has 92 sq m (1000 sq ft.) with tall 3.5 m (11+ ft) ceilings and is located in a pre-war building on a quiet tree-lined street in the historic heart of Old Ochota section of Warsaw, close to downtown as well as the new business district of Nowe Aleje Jerozolimskie. It has a convenient access to public transportation and is 15 min from the airport.
Apartment has a southern-exposure living room with balcony, open layout kitchen and dining room, bathroom with radiant heat. The north side windows face private, quiet mini-park courtyard with old willow trees, lawns, benches and a small playground for children.

About the owner: The owner is Polish-born American artist and designer who grew up in New York and the West Coast. He is currently an owner of Seattle based Creative Firm. 'I love going back to Warsaw. It's a fantastically dynamic city that changes every time we go there. It's vibrant, young, culturally rich and totally unique. There is a great positive energy and ever-present romantic quality that charms you, and at times, takes your breath away. The city grows on you and you fall in love. The food is great too!'
