This condo is simply wonderful! The pictures do not do it justice. All new furnishings, great lighting, luxury baths, a working fireplace and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! My family enjoyed utilizing the pool and jacuzzi which are just steps aways as well as the Carptineria beach down the road. My kids were able to ride the beach cruiser bikes around the area and to down town Carpinteria. I look forward to renting this condo again in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Being from Northern California, we've enjoyed discovering what Central to Southern California has to offer. After raising our 3 daughters overseas in Moscow, Russia, we moved to Santa Barbara when our eldest daughter went to Westmont College. We've enjoyed making Santa Barbara area our new home.
Why the Owner Chose Carpinteria:
The friendly, charming town of Carpinteria won our hearts. We bought this condo for our daughter Katie and her roommates to live in while going to Westmont College. It proved to be a very safe and fun place for the girls to live. Our desire is for guests to completely relax and enjoy staying in our comfortable home as they build memories with their family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the special touches in our condo. The fountain in the atrium, filled with tropical plants, the main level tile floors downstairs, with wood floors on the upper level. The entry and dining room open up to the second floor, which makes the condo feel spacious. The fireplace brings an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation.
