  We really enjoyed our time at the Sunshine Shack. The home was perfect, roomy and cheerfully decorated. The shuttle to the beach was great and the kids enjoyed riding bikes to get donuts and the pool. The location is wonderful with Rosemary Beach in walking distance. We also appreciated the pool toys and beach chairs at the home.

  Great place to stay for family vacation. Comfortable beds and nice accomodations. Close to the wonderful sandy beach. Pool not warm enough for beginning of March.

  This property is amazing. We have stayed in Rosemary Beach before and loved it, but found this location even more appealing. The community is adorable, and sits right between Rosemary and the luxurious Alys Beach. You are a short bike ride away from many shops, restaurants, large greens/fields, and the beach, of course. You really do not need to get into your car until you depart! The community pool is a quick walk or bike ride, and a large resort -style pool! Our kids loved it much more than the Rosemary Beach pools. Look no further - this is the perfect rental property. It is professionaly decorated with a beach and spa feeling. The bedding and towels are luxurious, there is a flat screen in each room, and the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and great appliances. This rental is so clean and comfortable, you feel as if you are staying in a model home. The bikes and beach chairs provided with this property make packing easy and save you money!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The Sunshine Shack is the perfect place to stay! We frequent 30-A often and really enjoyed being in this area. This is definitely where we want to stay every time now! We have a teenager and a 3 year old and it was perfect for all. We could let our teenager and her friend ride there bike to shops and restaurants alone and know they were fine. The quick call for the golf cart to pick you up and take you to the beach was really nice, as well. The 'Sunshine Shack' is in the perfect location! It's close to everything without having to walk or ride your bike too far anytime you would like to go eat, shop, go to the pool or the beach. Rosemary Beach is literally across the street. The pictures of the house really do not do it justice. It's more than we bargained for. The house is absoultely beautiful inside and very comfortable for all. We had 5 adults and 5 children and still had plenty of room. If this house is availalbe I would not hesitate to book it! We will defintely be back many more times!!!

  The home far exceeded our expectations. We loved our time here. Seacrest is a great place for a family to vacation. The home is large and spacious with enough room to house up to 10 people (we had 9). It's well decorated and stocked with everything you'd need for a week away. There's a TV in every room which we hardly ever used and an Xbox 360 for the "kids" (you'll want to bring / rent your own games) The home alo comes with 4 bikes which we used everyday. The Seacrest community is just perfect. Great bike paths, short walk to cute shops and great restaurants and right in the middle of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach (two outstanding communities) The pool is huge and we never had trouble finding chairs or shade. The beach is close enough to walk, but made easily accesible through a "call when you need 'em" Golf Cart service. April was fantastic to work with and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be coming back. Don't even think twice. If it's available - book it.

  This is a great property and wonderful owner! When we arrived we were greeted by the Concierge who was right on time! The home is beautiful with a great master bedroom, a beautiful kitchen, spacious tv area, kids retreat, and spa like bathrooms. The perks of having laundry, dishwasher, wireless internet, and all the amenties of home was truly appreciated. The home came with 4 bikes too! That was a great perk as we were able to bike all over 30A. The shuttle service was a great perk for the trips to the beach with chairs, towels, cooler, toys, etc.! Great pool too! Walked to La Cocina for some great mexican food. Other nights were topped off with a walk to Orange Leaf Yogurt. We did not want to leave! Outstanding Rental!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The house is very roomy and very well laid out. It is all very attractive and equiped with everything you need. Half bath on bottom floor is very handy, kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer, and very comfortable beds.....Nice furniture, bedding, and plenty of towels in every bathroom. Nice to have one bedroom on bottom floor if someone needs that. Not junked up like some beach houses become. The owners were very accommodating and any problem was quickly solved. The bicycles are wonderful for getting around the neighborhood. Beach Chair service was available and it all worked out... but everyone on the beach talked about how pathetic this group is.... wasted everyones time everyday and just so disorganized.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Additional information about rental rates

Rates do not include a $235.00 cleaning fee or 12.0% tax. A $500 fully-refundable damage deposit is required for all reservations. This is not included in the rate quoted.

*We do not rent to youth sports teams or college spring breakers

Fees:

• Cleaning Fee: $235 + tax
• Tax Rate 12%

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation greater than 30 days notice: Renter can move date to another available date and will forfeit $500. Cancellation less than 30 days notice: Forfeit rent unless we find a replacement renter. We will make EVERY effort to find a new renter for that time period. Long Term Renters: For cancellations more than 30 days, forfeit deposit. We will make every effort to rent the home. If we do, we will issue a full refund. If we can not rent the home, your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 30 days you will forfeit all rent unless we can find a renter.
