  We sent the adult children and spouses for the week and they had a truly amazing time. Altho they didnt spend much time at the rental to just hang out it was very close to everything they wanted to do. There were a couple of small glitches such as a not so good dishwasher. Had to run it twice to get dishes clean and they only ate breakfasts there. Both of the showers squeak alot. Not the pipes but the tub part. The key lock to front door was difficult to open. The weather was perfect and they cant say enough about location. Thanks for helping to make this a trip to remember.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This a very good place to stay. It is beautiful and tidy. Everything was very clean and almost new. The electrical appliances worked very well. Also, it is very close to any park you want to visit. Somthing important to mention is that it very close to Walmart which is a very cheap place to buy. We are planning to return to Disney in two years and we want to stay in this house again. Thank you very much.

  We had a great stay and it is located near many restaurants. It's a short drive to Disney, Seaworld, and Universal. Owner is very easy to work with and answered all the questions that I had. The townhouse was very clean! So glad we chose to stay here!

  The experience was Amazing!!! This was our first time staying in a vacation home, We didn't know what to expect. By far the greatest experience! From the moment I contacted the owner, he answered any and all questions. He made the rental process go really smoothly. The town house was magnificent!! it was very roomy. We loved that it had two king beds (that's hard to find). Best of all it's located near the disney parks, stores, restaurant etc... It was all around just a wonderful and pleasant experience. Its also nice to know that the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the pool is also beautiful. This home made our vacation the best ever its a perfect home and community. We are excited to come back!! Thank you so much Richard!!

  This property was excellent, I was so surprised when I walked in the pictures look amazing but when you open the door it is unreal how nice the property is. Everything you could need is within walking distance if you enjoy walking and driving would only take 5 minutes max. The owner is great and made my first vacation rental an exceptional one. He called to check on us and make sure everything was okay. The rental process was so easy and the owner is always available quickly. This was my first rental vacation and I hope to go again next year if the property is available. There were 8 of us and we had a blast I had kids ranging in ages from 5 to 15. The pool was their favorite thing and they loved the house. We did not want to leave. I would recommend this property to anyone going on vacation to Florida. The property has everything you need at your finger tips. This was a great experience and made me have a different out look on rental properties. A great property with a great owner! What more could you ask for. We had a great time and would rent this property again in a heartbeat. Very safe and quiet place also. A fit for anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing time with family and friends. I also wanted to say thank you to the owner for taking the time to check in and make sure everything was excellent. We had a great time. Thank You!!!!!

  I had the pleasure of being the first guest of this newly renovated property. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. His communication with us was superior. The photos listed are EXACTLY as the home actually is. The home was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is upstairs laundry, which is very helpful during a longer stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and we didn't feel cramped in the home with the six of us. The living room sofa is a sofa bed which allowed for extra sleeping. The kitchen area was spacious and allowed us to prepare and store meals. One feature I liked was the area was in a gated community and that is important to us traveling with children. There is also a really nice pool area in the complex to cool off after a long day at Disney. The area is also a very quiet area and was a great place to relax after being out all day. We decided to drive to the parks daily and the time driving to the park was 10 minutes or less. Around the area there are lots of restaurants and shopping. There is an outlet mall just 1 or 2 miles away. There is a Walmart and CVS very close by and then there is one road that has several restaurants and retail stores like Chili's, Ponderosa, McDonalds, Burger King etc. Overall, I was very pleased with renting this property and would definitely rent again from the owner and will recommend to family and friends.
