Views of a beautiful, stocked, pond from almost every room and horses grazing in the fields of the adjacent farm set the stage for total relaxation. You can enjoy the privacy of a country setting, yet be in the heart of downtown Lexington or shopping at Hamburg Pavilion in less than 15 minutes.
You'll find this tastefully decorated home inviting, charming, cozy, and comfortable. This 1350 square foot cottage has cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large family/dining room combination, a fully equipped kitchen, and a den/game room with fireplace. A full size washer and dryer is located in the laundry room. All three bedrooms have been decorated and furnished for extra comfort. Quality bedding and linens will be found in every bedroom...each bedroom has ample closet and storage space for your personal items. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and 32 inch flat screen TV; the attached bath includes an over-sized soaking tub/shower combination and a makeup vanity. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen bed; Bedroom 3 has two Twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with combination tub/shower.
