Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located just 50 ft from the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach offers something for everyone. Surf fishing, swimming, surfing, shelling and if you plan your trip between April & October you will be treated to watching giant Loggerhead & Leatherback turtles laying their eggs in the sand dunes every evening. Our shores are the largest egg-laying grounds in the world! Just 1 hour to Disney World & 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Spring time visitors can watch the Washington Nationals Spring Training Camp. Golf courses galore!

We have stayed at this location for a week each summer for several years. Ocean at your door, beach is great and turtle watching is awesome. We have enjoyed the area as it is is convenient to everything. Great place to just relax and go at a slower pace. Many excellent restaurants in the area as well as shopping We look forward to each July.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

I stayed in this property for 11 days the first part of February...if you are looking for the the best location on the beach, the view from the master suite is priceless! It's very close to all the restaurants and bars not to mention you get a 3/3 at very affordable rates. Johnnie and Susan(his wife) took great care of me and you will probably become their friend, he's like the mayor in town. This place was much more convenient to the beach than many other condos that I have rented in the area. It was clean and well kept up. Not as well outfited as some places that are also used as an owner residence, but definitely has enough ammenities that are needed. Plenty spacious for many people and the kitchen is easy to work in and prepare for a large group. The patio and furniture was wonderful for late night cocktails or early morning coffee with a wonderful ocean view. I was there with family and then with girl friends. It was very relaxing and enjoyed long walks on the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this townhouse in May 2011. It was clean upon arrival and somewhat well appointed. The only things I can say negative would be that there were some small maintenance issues, like a broken back door lock. Nothing serious. It is an older townhouse so maintenance issues come with the territory. It was very quiet there, no partying noisy neighbors and the beach was clean and I really appreciated the native plants located between the townhouse and the ocean. The view is spectacular from both levels of the townhouse. The linens were provided but they were a bit skimpy. There were very few towels and washcloths; the beds only had a sheet, no blanket. I prefer not to sleep under decorative bed covers, as I know they are not laundered regularly, but had to the week we stayed. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The renter is very organized and professional. You won't have a problem from him.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We have stayed here three times in the last several years. We have always enjoyed it immensely, everything is spotlessly clean, in good working order and exactly as described. Great to have a garage to park in, if you aren't from there you can't believe how hot a car can get outside in Florida Great kitchen, better than we have at home. Wonderful to leave the balcony doors open at night and enjoy the cool sea breezes and listen to the surf...morning sunrises are beautiful pastel spectacles you can enjoy from the patio with your coffee, everyone you meet is friendly and laid back... I especially loved walking the beach before sunrise, and seeing the occasional pod of dolphins making their way down the shore, just a couple of hundred feet out, and the small fish that come up on the beach with the morning tide to feed on whatever might lie in the sand. Magical! I believe you will find a week here some of the best money you ever spent...it has given everyone in our family memories that they will carry for a lifetime...Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We have vacationed here since 2007. So many times the description misleads you by saying the town home is on the ocean when it is not. But this rental is on the ocean! The views are great and the complex is very private and quiet. The home is nice inside and has always been very clean. The owner has always provided us good customer service. We also like the home as we are allowed to bring our dog with us. The area is very friendly and you always feel safe while walking. It is also family oriented. The restaurants are very good too. If you are ever in need of medical facilities, there are many very close by.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

This was the perfect townhouse for the beach! It was clean, well-maintained & everything was beach-friendly. Having a garage was great for surfboards, fishing gear, kids' stuff. The location was perfect - good surf spot, nice beach for walking & running & close to food & shopping. Quiet end of the street & the grassy area leading up to the beach was perfect for our boys to run around. We stayed for a month & it felt like home. Can't wait to rent again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
