The condo was the cleanest, most well maintained condo we have ever rented. The lanai, river view and quiet were unbelievably restful and relaxing. We were impressed with immaculate grounds, and the friendliness of the community residents. The condo was beautifully furnished and well equiped. We would highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This property has a EXCELLENT location and is well appointed. Awaking each morning to all that that was listed in the property description!...The unit was extreamly clean and maintained. Comfortable and cozy. This complex was very quite, and neighbors extreamly friendly and helpful when needed. It sits at the end of a nature preserve, which allowed me each morning to watch the dolphins and manatee play...I was most impressed with the Falcon who dove each morning into the river to catch it's breakfast! The Edison home is just accross the bridge..and many shopping and dining locations are just mins. away..This rental was perfect and I had no problems. I truly enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a quite and peaceful place to call home for a while I highly recommend this property...EXCELLENT.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose North Fort Myers:
This is an exceptional property. The complex is small with only 48 units, friendly, but private, and in a very quiet area at the end of the road. At night the only sounds are the waves lapping and sometimes dolphins playing. Since renovations have just been completed everything is new and fresh. The decorator did a fantastic job of making this a very comfortable living area with a relaxed, coastal cottage feel.
