My wife and I rented this unit for the months of March and April. The location was great and having access to all the hotel amenities was a plus. The unit itself is beautiful with everything that your own home would want. The view of the marina and water created a very relaxed feeling. The staff of the residences was very helpful and responded to all of your needs. The nearby dining areas were very accessible and we could walk to them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider doing so again. A nice getaway for anyone!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

My wife and I have been renting vacation properties in the Miami area for the past several years. This apartment is by far the best. The unit is luxurious, yet comfortable and everything that Miami has to offer is easily accessible from this location. The Ritz Carlton staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, even as a renter. A typical day began with a workout in the heated pool and exercise room followed by a short walk into Coconut Grove for coffee. We also enjoyed the ease and convenience of ordering room service from the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

You walk through the door and you are immediately "at home". This is a truly remarkable condo... beautifully furnished and with a million dollar view. The neighborhood of Coconut Grove is right outside the door. This is a great walking neighborhood with a melting pot of restaurants, boutiques, parks and the marina across the street if you are a boater. You also have a beautiful pool area as well as access to the Ritz Carlton Hotel. If you are not inclined to use the gorgeous kitchen, you have a great choice of eating establishments within 2 blocks. You will not be disappointed with your decision to rent this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I spent a week in this fabulous condo in December. This unit is spacious, very clean, open, airy and has everything you could possibly want in a rental. Having the washer/dryer is a huge help, the kitchen is fully stocked and the layout and view are spectacular! Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and we would most definitely return.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This has been my favorite stay ever, I stayed here with my 3 children for 9 days. We felt right at home. We had access to the pools and spa.The staff in the lobby where welcoming and helpful. It was great having the garage parking and I loved having the washer and dryer right in the apartment. Its not at the beach but there is so much to do in Coconut Grove. The view of the marina was beautiful There are plenty of beautiful shops and restaurant in walking distance. I highly recommend this place. The owner has thought of everything to make our stay the best.
