We recently returned from a wonderful 12 day stay in this gorgeous condo. Everything about this place was delightful. On arrival it was warm, clean and even more picturesque than the photos indicated. Cindy was very helpful in preparing us for our visit with maps and ski and car rental advice etc. We loved the jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. It was v spacious for the 5 of us, the beds were all extremely comfortable and there was a generous amount of towels, toiletries and laundry accessories. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo is in an excellent location for skiing both The Canyons and Park City. It's a very short walk up the hill to the Canyons or you can take the free gondola. Park City is 5 mins in the car with lots of great places to eat and it has a lovely village feel. Other resorts are close by and easy to get to. The place was warm and cosy, with books and games to enjoy but also very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a very roomy and comfortable living room. with lots of light and high ceilings. There were more bathrooms than we needed and we enjoyed the beautiful vista from the upstairs bedroom and the living areas. We feel the rates were very reasonable and we highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful holiday destination. Thanks to Cindy for making our stay so memorable. We will be back! The Aussies

My husband and I married in Park City 5 years ago, and were able to return to celebrate our anniversary the following two years. We stayed in this house with five other friends on both those occasions. We fell in love with the place,we found it warm,comfortable, clean, and it met all our needs, the hot tub was a bonus I have to say and we didn't feel the need to cram six people into it, we just took it in turns to rest our weary bones after a long day on the slopes. The location is a fabulous spot for skiing in all the resorts whether you have a car or need to use public transport. We also made use of the other facilities ie the outside pool and indoor jacuzzi. All the rooms are private, with very comfortable beds, and we found everything to our satisfaction. We did have a gas leak one year and were rudely awoken by the fire brigade, but that brought some excitement to our stay. Happily we are returning in 2012 and will be looking forward to making ourselves at home for our two week skiing vacation again and would recommend to other clients. We loved eating at home after a long day on the slopes (good old Albertsons Supermarket, and Red Rock Cafe was our favourite restaurant to eat out in, we also used the Mexican restaurant in Park City.

We just came back from our vacation (2 weeks after the last posted review) and let me tell you, if there is something about this place is that it kept us very warm. It didn't even occur to us to burn the firewood provided (which in fact there was plenty of) because the room was very nice and warm. We loved the different levels, it gave us a lot of privacy. Location was absolutely perfect!! Walking distance to the lift to the Canyons resort!!! The house had everything we needed but a wine opener! Easy fix, we went to Wal-Mart down the road and bought one!!! I agree that the hot tub for 6 is a bit of a stretch, 4 comfortably is more likely. We definitely recommend this unit; we are already planning on coming back next year!! You get a lot for that price range

Park City Condo

Our group of 9 just spent 9 days at this property and found there are a few things such as sufficient towels, working toaster, silverware, sharp knives, Kleenex, hangers, light bulbs, kindling and basic kitchen supplies missing for a “fully furnished” unit. Occupancy of 6 adults in the hot tub is not accurate as we never felt comfortable with more than 3 and possibly a child to avoid any spill over into the bedroom below. Additionally the hot tub circulating and heating is like a bus running above the bedroom below which is not desirable for a restful sleep. We ran out of “supplied” firewood as the bedroom upstairs in very cold unless you keep a fire burning or roast the folks on the lower levels. The owner recommended a ski delivery service and Costco lift tickets and we used them both.

Owner response:In response to the review. Let me say that in 15 years of rentals, it is a first. We do keep the place well supplied. There is silverware for 10, we do not suppy kleenex and spices as reported.There was as much fire wood as we used all season long last year available for our first renters. The furnace actually works great in keeping the upstairs room warm. And there are no bedrooms on the main floor so no one is too warm at night. The down stairs bedrooms have their own heaters. When we were informed that they had run out of wood, we brought more wood. The cleaning people did not leave enought towels for more than 10, and we usually leave a stack of towles on the hot tub steps. That was our mistake and has been corrected. One call and we would have had towles to our guests within the hour. The toaster was working the week before they came. Again, if we had been called we could have had a new toaster delivered that day. I feel bad that everything was not just right. We try hard to have our renters happy. We have may renters that return year after year and I think that says alot. The hot tub has seats for six adults. And the hot tub heater/filter pump can be turned off with a flip of switch for a quiet nights sleep. Again, one call and we could have fixed another problem. Many condo owners have taken their hot tubs out because they are expensive to maintain. But we love it, and our renters have loved it too.
