The townhouse is within walking distance of the hottest, new ski resort - The Canyons! You will be just step away from "The People Mover" that will whisk you to the center of this resort. The historic town of Park City is just three short minutes away. Park City is one of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains with hundreds of restaurants, shops and night spots to choose from. We feature a six-person inside hot tub (perfect after a day of skiing). Each of our three bedrooms is a master bedroom with its very own bath and TV/VCR or TV/DVD combo. This townhouse is beautifully furnished, has two fireplaces, and a complete kitchen. There is lots of room. This is one of the nicest, cleanest townhouses in Park City! The complex features a club house and has two full-size swimming pools. One is heated to 99 F in the winter. There is also a child's pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, and a children's playground.

Value Season . . $300/nt . . Apr. 16th - June 30th and Oct. 1st - Nov. 30th
Winter Season. . $375/nt or $325/nt for 7+/nt stay - December 1st - April 15th.
Holidays(wkly) $2,800 Christmas . . $3,700 New Years . . $550/nt Sundance
3 nts minimum stay.  Christmas and New Years are Saturday to Saturday stays.
50% deposit due in order to secure reservation.
The balance of rent is due prior to arrival.  Deposits are non-refundable,
