We stayed in this condo from 14 February to 31 March and had a fantastic experience. As other reviewers have noted, it is very well equipped and maintained. We have stayed in the Park City area for six winters now and have never had a property that supplied so much. The kitchen was well equipped with appropriate utensils, spices and necessary items for a long term rental. The beds were comfortable with quality bedding. The condo was clean, hot tub worked well, washer and dryer were large enough to deal with family sized loads. The owner was attentive to the needs of a long term renter and was very accommodating about a minor date change. The location was super convenient - only a few minutes to the slopes, close enough to shopping to be able to walk and yet very quiet. I would definitely plan on staying at this condo in the futureRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This is a wonderful condo to rent! We stayed during our holiday break for 8 nights with our two kids and had a wonderful time. The owner is lovely and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. The condo is in a great location for skiing 3 top-notch resorts, The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. It was close to both Kimbell Junction and Historic Main street so there were many fancy and family friendly restaurants to eat in. It was a real treat to park in a indoor garage and not have to worry about taking our skis off the roof at night or cleaning the car off in the morning. The private hot tub on the back deck was in great condition and was needed after a long day on the slopes. The condo was very well stocked with items you typicallly are required to supply yourself (dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.). The kitchen had everythig you would need to cook a meal if you planned on staying home for diiner at night, they even had condiments on hand. There were comfy robes for the hot tub and humidifier for two of the bedrooms (the air in UT can get very dry). We rent many vacation homes and condos and this is probably one of the nicest we have rented. I would definately rent it again when we return to Park City!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My son and I stayed at this condo and it was an absolute fantastic stay. Condo is updated, very clean and so accessible to many venues in Park City and surrounding area. The owner was very responsive to all calls and such a pleasure to work with. The beds are super comfortable and the master bedroom view was great to wake up to. I highly recommend this condo and owner to stay with. The hot tub was great to relax in and the lay out of the condo was a pleasure to live in long term. Stay here and you will not regret it. Zion National Park and Byrce Canyon was beautiful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed in this gorgeous townhome from the end of May to early July. The home is beautifully furnished and was very clean. The owner was extremely helpful with quickly responding to questions and concerns. The listing is very accurate. The location is very convenient for the stores and other amenities at Kimball Junction and in downtown Park City. It was also fabulous to have the millenium trail system on our doorstep, and the views from the bedrooms (especially the master) were amazing. We saw hot air balloons from our bedroom almost every morning! The home was fairly child-friendly, and the owner was very welcoming to our toddler son. There is a child gate on the stairs to the garage, and the stairs to the master bedroom are carpeted and enclosed. The master bedroom is on the top floor, and the other two bedrooms are down on the main level. This layout worked out fine for us. We used a baby monitor without a problem. The communal pool at the rec center is also great for kids, and we discovered the gorgeous playground at Willow Creek Park, which is a couple minutes' drive away. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this property any time of year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
