We have a dilemma. If we say our stay was excellent (which it was) everyone will want to stay here(which means we will need to make our reservations way early). If we say it was bad we would be lying. SO....This place was perfect for our family. It could not have been better. It was located in a very nice neighborhood. We were able to get to the college our kids attend, to the beach, to downtown, and to the zoo, all within minutes. We could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything was as described. Our hosts were there to greet us and explained everything to us. They even had breakfast for the next day waiting for us in the refrigerator. Truly, we were so pleased with every aspect of our stay. If you are looking for a place thats afforadable, accommodating, and peaceful, then this is the place for you. We look forward to next year!

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed staying in the house during our spring break. There were 5 women in our party assisting my daughter in planning her summer wedding. The house was perfect for us in that we were able to relax together every evening while discussing our appointments of the day, brainstorm and just enjoy each others company. I especially appreciated that we did not run out of hot water with all of us getting dressed each morning. The owners were very responsive to questions. We come to Pensacola frequently and will definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Owner response: We changed to a gas tankless water heater by Rinnai a couple of years ago and it works great. Thanks for mentioning that you five women were glad you did not run out of hot water in the mornings. We hope to see you again. I'm sure it will be a beautiful, romantic, destination wedding this Summer on Pensacola Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and spacious house. We loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Travel to other Pensacola areas is very easy and quick from the house. The owners, Kelly and Margaret, are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here if traveling to Pensacola. We look forward to staying here many more times.

A very beautiful abode that everyone who visited complemented on. Margarette was so very kind and accommodating, she even helped us throwing a surprise welcome home party for my fiancé. The home was clean, stocked and maintained. We had a wonderful time there, the kids enjoyed the clean, quiet and safe park directly across the street. Definitely will be our first option when returning back to Pensacola. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay! We live in Pensacola but were looking for a romantic 3-day get-away to ourselves. This house was perfect, yet affordable! The owners, Kelly & Margaret, could not have been nicer and more attentive. For us, the location was perfect - it's close to the beach, downtown, and I-10. No matter what you're up for, it's easy to get there from this spot. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, and functional. Though we stayed there alone, the floorplan is perfect for multiple couples who want privacy while enjoying roomy sleeping quarters, and easy access to TVs & baths. It's a beautiful home throughout, with hardwood floors and plenty of room. We both highly recommend this "home away from home" if you'd like a more comfortable stay than you'll get in any hotel in the Pensacola area.

Must Stay!! Perfect family setting.

We rented this house for our daughter-in-law's graduation weekend. The house suited our needs perfectly. Anything we could have asked for was available. The "Welcome Breakfast" was wonderful, there was more than enough food for the 5 of us for our first breakfast. The owners live right next door and were so accomodating. If there is anything you need while there, they are more than happy to help. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Pensacola. We felt so fortunate to have found this rental, in such a nice neighborhood and at such a reasonable price. If/when we ever go back, I hope this house is available. We highly recommend this house to anyone who would truly like a home away from home!

We visited Pensacola to spend some time with our family that live in the area. We enjoyed staying at this cozy, clean, peaceful house. The nieghborhood is very quiet, the park was nice to take walks in. We had everything we needed for our stay, and would stay at this location again when in Pensacola. Thanks for a very nice 'retreat' to visit.

came in town for the snowball derby. six of enjoyed the stay and close to all the amenities we enjoyed. would stay at this place again. way better than any motel! check it out!

Owner response: The 5 Flags Speedway's Snowball Derby was a really big event, I understand and it was perfect weather for the three days of races. Your awesome truck, I'll call it a street legal monster truck with huge tires looked really good in our driveway! When my husband asked if you ever get it dirty going off road, you gave a resounding, "No way!" Lots of fun, I'm sure.

Our family came to Pensacola for an Early Thanksgiving to be with our son whos in the navy. The house had a welcoming feeling, and we felt immediatly at home. The pictures in the website dont do it justice. Loved the neiborhood, and the park directly accross the street. While walking around, we stumbled on a community park just 4 or 5 blocks away that had a fishing pier, dog beach, picnic tables and huge playground. It was a hidden gem. Margaret was so friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay, and if we ever find ourselves in pensacola again, we look forward to spending time in this peaceful house. ****food tip****- Mcguires Irish Pub is spectacular. mountains of food, expect leftovers.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. The house was very comfortable and in a great location as the description says it is, convenient to everything. We especially appreciated the park across the street for our grandson and being able to walk to so many places in the neighborhood. Margaret and Kelly were very gracious hosts who provided more breakfast food than we could eat. We have stayed at a bed & breakfast in Pensacola on another visit, but I think we would choose this house again because of all of the amenities, the location, the privacy, and the ability to use the house as our own home to entertain our Pensacola family.

Recommended for: Families with young children

Owner response: The Fall is a lovely time of the year with the mild weather and the changing leaves to take a walk through the East Hill neighborhood and enjoy the city block square passive park across the street. Since you were here we harvested our sweet potatoes and we had a bountiful crop. We are glad you felt a home and had everything you desired in terms of space and accomodations to entertain and visit with your Pensacola family.

Great People, Great House, perfect for a family. The house was large and had everything we needed. Plenty of Space. The Park across the street was great for our two kids. The location is great as well and easy to find from I-10.We would love to stay again, and will next year for the marathon

Great Hostess Owner helped us find an Emergency Care for our 4 yr. old Grandson (ear infection0 They helped us w/ close by Pizza Parlor and it was great. We got hands on visit as we arrived. Will be sure to use this well maintained and very comfortable Home.

Owner response: We were happy to help direct you to a local walk-in clinic instead of having to take your 4 year old grandson to the emergency room on the morning of the day you were planning to go to the last Blue Angel show this season. Renting this house instead of hotel rooms was a wonderful idea for my mother and myself. My sister who lives in Pensacola joined us for a couple of nights as well. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed the tiki bar on the patio one afternoon as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for preparing meals. In fact, our first breakfast was in the fridge waiting for us. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house and are already planning a return visit in a couple of months. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

I spent a long weekend with my daughter for her homecoming weekend at this home. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home is very spacious and has pretty much everything you could need. It is centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from downtown. I will definitely use this home for my future visits to Pensacola to see my girls! Again, I cannot stress how helpful and kind the owners were who live next door and are available if you need anything, although they made sure we didn't need a thing. The owner even called to deliver a "fall themed" centerpiece for dinner I made for all the kids, so that it would be special. She did that for a bunch of teenagers! Thanks so much!

This house is in a convenient, peaceful neighborhood, right across the street from a local park which my boys loved! It is only a few blocks from local businesses, a very large walking and play park with a dog run and beach, and the bridge to Pensacola Beach. We were attending a horse show at the Escambia County Equestrian Center which was only about 15-20 drive. The home itself was immaculate and comfortable. Everything we needed was available, including flat screen televisions, movies, and a enormous jetted tub which everyone enjoyed! The breakfast food provided for our first morning was also a much appreciated delight. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the patio and even saw a hummingbird on our very first day. The owners were a pleasure. They were very accommodating and friendly. We certainly plan to be regular visitors when heading to Pensacola for future competitions. Thanks so much!

This House is a Gem

The pictures tell only half the beauty of this house.It has the warm feelings of a grandmothers home but with all the modern conveniences.The house was spotlessly clean and the breakfast fixins was greatly appreciated .This rental is so close to everything in Pensacola , the bridge to the beaches are only a few blocks away, as is the historic downtown area , restaurants , and the shopping mall. We likes it best because it was close to my son's college.The owners on the property are very helpful and are very easy to talk to. We were very comfortable here and want to stay here again when we come to visit our son.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Pensacola. It was very clean and well-maintained and the owner had stocked the fridge with bacon, eggs, milk, pancakes--lots of breakfast food so we didn't have to rush to the store. The beds were very comfortable and the spa tub luxurious. The central air worked great also. It was large enough for our family to gather there comfortably and small enough to feel cozy. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a fabulous time in Pensacola the week of 4th of July. The house is a few blocks from Bay bridge, we watched fireworks right from bay bridge. The house was very nicely decorated ,well kept and clean,the Kitchen is well equiped, 3 nice bedrooms. It fit our family of 7 perfeclty, we didn’t had time to use the Tiki Bar at all ,but it is nice. We would definitely recommended it to any family with children of any age. We would like to Thank the owners Margaret and Kelly , they were great to work with in getting the house rented, Thank you so much for letting us use your house
