The fully renovated cottage and bunkhouse features a full kitchen with all new major appliances, a sunny dining area with lofted ceiling and a wood burning stove. There is a full bathroom and a washer and dryer. The living room has a flat-screen TV and DVD. The bunkhouse provides two additional sleeping and sitting areas. Hike along the 2+ miles of private nature trails, do some fishing or canoe the Menominee River. All this just minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells and skiing at Cascade!

Several friends got together for an early summer getaway and the property was exactly what we were looking for. The private lake is incredible and the river is beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the comfort of having a nice place to do so. We had a great time sitting around the campfire and being "remote" while still having the conveniences of a great cabin. Would go back in a heart beat.Owner response: Thanks Timm, see you again soon!

Our family of five had a great time at the cabin. We spent a lot of time out canoeing the river with the canoes that were provided. The kids had a great time paddling the row boat around the private pond. The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. There were deer everywhere the first night we stayed. I planned a bachelor party for the Dells and found this place. About 10 of us went. It took us awhile to find the cabin but once we did we were very happy. We were all around the age of 22 and it was great for us. Extremely nice place with plenty of room and the pond was cool to have there also. Couldn't have been happier with it.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for Valentine's day and it is incredibly private and peaceful. We couldn't appreciate the true beauty of the private pond (it was covered in snow) but we are anxious to come back during a summer month! Staying here feels like you are MILES away from the rest of the world, yet it's just a nine mile drive to town if you want to find restaurants or do a little shopping.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My family and I were pleased and impressed with our holiday stay at the River Pond cottage. We’ve been all over Wisconsin looking for the perfect cabin, and we’ve finally found it. The cabin had a great rustic charm to it, and we were surprised with how clean and fresh it was. Plus the updated amenities took away the stress of “roughing it”, and we were able to totally relax. The location was extremely private, and the sunroom looking out to the private pond felt like a scene in a movie. We enjoyed walking the paths through the woods, conversation around the campfire, and we even saw two bald eagles! Thanks to Kevin and Liz for being excellent hosts, and we can’t wait until our next trip back this Summer.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful in answering all questions and was easliy accessible, as well as accommodating to additional needs and requests. Our group of 8 people and 1 dog stayed at Riverpond for 6 days and 5 nights. Kevin and Liz were great hosts! What a wonderful location and accommodations. The pictures don't fully represent how gorgeous this property really is. We loved the walking trails, canoeing on the river and pond, camp fire, and most of all peace and quiet. The cottage and bunk house were recently upgraded, clean, comfortable, and done very nicely. I wish we never had to leave! We will definitely be back again.
