You'll be staying in a lovely, newer three bedroom, two bath and one car garage condominium in Banbury at Sarasota National. Sarasota National, located in beautiful Venice, FL is a 2,200 acre master planned, golf community just minutes from the sandy beaches of Manasota Key and Venice Beach. Banbury at Sarasota National offers a maintenance free lifestyle coupled with the natural beauty of a nature preserve.
As you look forward to your stay with us, we would like to make you aware that Sarasota National is a community in the early phase of development. There are still parts where construction is on hold pending decisions by the owners/developers. However, there is no active construction occurring at the moment and the community is very private, very quiet and very relaxing. Other items for your consideration - Banbury does not have a pool just yet but the beach is a short 15 minute drive. Also, GOLF DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE at Sarasota National. Be sure to let me know if you plan to golf and I will contact the Pro Shop to confirm any available specials or discounts based on your reservation. The viewing on VRBO was very much true to the property. The photos of the property were exactly the was we saw them on the web-site. Very impressed. It was very clean and maintained very well. Anytime we had any questions the owner was very quick to accomadate us. The owner let us know if we had any questions, not be afraid to contact him. He was very helpful and pleasant. We would recommend this experience to anyone. It was a great time for us. We put our name in to rent it next year. There attractions there that we enjoyed. There is Venice Beach with all the special shops and entertainment to listen to at the gazebo on the square. The beach is only about 10 minutes there. It was fun screening for sharks teeth. That beach is famous for all their shells. We enjoyed the golf course. It was really a great experience to be able to golf there. Thank you for letting us stay in our condo, and we like to rent it for 2014.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: I am originally from Ohio. After serving in the USAF, my work eventually led me to Nashville, TN where I met my future wife. On our second date, we traveled to FL and fell in love with the Englewood/Venice area. We were married on the beach at Manasota Key and have been honeymooning in the area ever since!

We fell in love with the area and decided to buy our dream vacation / retirement home. Sarasota National is a beautiful golf course community with one of the best golf courses in the area. The units at Banbury are completely upgraded with too many features to list. Our unit is close to several local beaches, marinas, and golf courses, downtown Venice, Sarasota, and Siesta Key. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes away.
