At our gorgeous Seachase condominium you get everything you could want for your beach vacation. We have uncrowded sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages, only one mile to the fabulous new Pier Park and the proximity to the excitement of the Miracle Strip. Seachase is located on the quiet west end of the beach near the intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. You don't have to fight the traffic to get to this place.

This huge 1400 square foot, 4th floor unit is the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan on the beach. Every room overlooks the ocean. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass walls to experience the view. The entire back wall of this nearly 64’ wide condo is floor to ceiling glass.
This unit was totally renovated recently with all new tile floors, furniture, dishes, linens, textured walls, commercial vinyl wallpaper, stainless steel appliances, lighting and plumbing. No expense was spared. It comes complete with a full-size washer, full-size dryer, smooth top stove, microwave oven, cable TV with HBO, DVD and even has free high speed wireless Internet access!
It features two master bedrooms with a massive king bed in one room and two very elegant queens in the other. We have two full-size sleeper sofas in the living room so we are able to sleep 10 comfortably. The dining table seats six and we have a snack bar that seats four. This is a 4th floor quiet end unit in an 8 story building. Enjoy 600-plus-feet of private beach front. Covered and outside parking is on site and directly below the condo. No need to cross a 300’ sky bridge to get to your car. Small pets only, no smoking in unit (balcony okay).
If you are looking for one of the nicest units on the beach,,,, you have found it. However, you will not find: cheap hotel type towels and linens, small brittle soap bars, lumpy mattresses, cheap kitchen utensils or gaudy “beachy” décor. We have decorated and furnished this unit with only the best. Expect thick oversized bath towels, first class bedding, high quality full sized soap bars, and some of the finest furniture available.
