The unit itself is lovely and very comfortable. It was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Every conceivable thing is included for comfort and convenience. Even the porch has, not the usual plastic furniture, but wonderful wooden rockers. The unit is on the 4th floor which for us was perfect: close enough to get an intimate sense of the sights and sounds of the beach, but high enough to have a wonderful panorama of this beautiful place. Absolutely quiet. Perhaps the only problem with this place is that it has spoiled us for anything less. Bill and John were professional and eager to be helpful in setting all this up. We'll be back!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just stayed in this unit 4-14/4-21 and couldn't be happier! The condo had absolutely everything we needed including a gas grill. You absolutely cannot top the views from every room! We will definitely stay in this unit again. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the mattresses in the master bedroom.

Beautiful Home Away from Home

We had the pleasure of staying at the Seachase in May 2011 and enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious and very well equipped. Stylish and relaxing with every little detail considered. We would wake up every morning with a beautiful view of the ocean from bed. Every window I would look out of was the view of the beautiful ocean and beach. My daughter and her friend as well as my husband and I enjoyed the beach every day and the close proximity of the Panama City Beach Pier. If we did not want to drive from the condo we would take the short scenic walk along the beach to get to the pier. An excellent vacation property.

Loved the place! Even though the building is old, the condo has been updated beautifully and is very well appointed. The view from the balcony (as well as every room in the place) was spectacular and the beach area was nice and wide! Was nice and quiet while I was there. Also, very close and within walking distance (which I actually walked to several times!) was Pier Park, a beautiful shopping, restaurant, and entertainment center. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to return one day!

We were just absolutely thrilled with this condo!!! I had searched for the perfect one for months and this was it! The view is beyond comparison. Most places that say Gulf View are far away, and this is right there on top of you. The condo had everything, and I mean had it all. The decor was so elegant, and the amenties of having a fabulous kitchen and dining, soft comfy beds, and things that you don't to need to bring along (ie: beach chairs, towels, unbrellas, toys etc), was just super. The location, just so near Pier Park, was great because the beaches were not crowded and you are very close to doing a tour of 30A too. We just loved it and plan to return next year. We can't wait! don't try to compare this one with the mega ones further east, it is far superior!

This condo was a great place to stay. My family really enjoyed it along with our chihuahuas. The furniture and the view were wonderful. Don't worry about bringing lawn chairs and such. It is all provided for you along with games to play for the whole family. They also have a grill right on your balcony which makes it very convenient instead of having to walk down on the deck like most places. Tony, who owns this condo, was very nice and helpful. If you're looking for a place at PCB, you need to check this place out.

Once again, your condo exceeded our expectations! It is difficult to describe the luxurious accommodations because they are beyond compare. The actual beauty of the condo unit far surpasses the pictures on the web-site photos. This unit is the best furnished, well-equipped, and well-decorated condo unit we have ever enjoyed. We've been going to Panama City Beach for over 20 years, and have stayed in many complexes. However, absolutely NONE compare to our week here during the 4th of July. Comfort, location, the view, convenience, and such extraordinary furnishings offer all of the comforts of home and more. This was by far, the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we've ever had! 2/28/06 I have stayed at many places in Panama City over the past 40 years and this is absolutely the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in! We stayed at Seachase for two weeks during the Christmas holidays. The condo was perfect and quiet - just what we needed. The accomodations are wonderful, comfortable and beautiful. The beach views from every room really made this the perfect place to stay. One morning I watched a large school of porpoises play in the water right in front the condo for well over an hour. The place is picture perfect. We had an incredible time and plan to return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

This is the most fabulous place that i have stayed at in quite some time. You walk in and you think you are in paradise. (And if you ever get the chance to stay here you will find out it is paradise) When you look out of the window from the den, you cant even see the beach, you just have a panaramic view of the ocean. Words really can not describe how beauitiful this condo is! They have a system of "use anything you see there, just replace it if you use the last of it." Like when we went, there was anything from laundry detergent to Condiments to liquor :) I think anyone that stays here after us will have a great time! We will be coming back here as soon as we can! You now have a customer for life, The Howell's :)

This is a wonderful place to stay. Nicely decorateed and beautiful view from every room. It was so nice to see so many dolphins swimming by while sitting on the balcony. It was also nice to be able to bring our small pet with us on our vacation, it was like home away from home. This was actually our second visit here. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful condo with lots of room, very nicely furnished and a great view. We enjoyed watching the boats as we ate breakfast. It is nice to find a place this nice that will accept a small pet. Highly recommend the Boars Head restaurant within walking distance.

The condo is wonderful!! We loved the way it is decorated you can tell a lot of time and thought was put into it, we had more than enough room and the view is perfect, the weather in Oct is just right not to hot or to cool, the grandkids loved the beach and were able to swim all they wanted. Every room has and incredible view of the ocean, and a floor plan that is spacious and comfortable. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. The kitchen is modern with every need imaginable. The decor is elegant and unique. Thanks for a wonderful and restful vacation. Best place on the beach!

This unit is absolutely fabulous! Everything is new and the decor is tastefully done. The wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass view of the beach and water is spectacular from each and every room. The kitchen is very well furnished and you even have a great view of the water while cooking! We can't wait to stay here again.
