The Maravilla resort offers two and one-half acres of private beach, two swimming pools (one heated), spa, clubhouse with exercise room, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and shuffleboard.

RENTAL POLICIES: We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults under age 25. A reservation/security deposit of $350 is required and due upon booking a reservation. Rate does not $85 cleaning fee, $50 processing fee and 11% FL tax. No refunds of rent for late arrival or early departure.Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no smoking, no pets,no damage or no theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee and $50 non-refundable processing fee, plus 11% FL tax will be required on all cancellations. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: if the reservation is not canceled within these time limts, then the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee, FL tax,and forfeiture of the reservation/security deposit will be required.
