Plenty of views of volcanos from active (Fuego volcano) to magnificent Toliman, Atitlan and San Pedro. Close to San Juan La Laguna the most progressive village of Lake Atitlan, as well of San Marcos La Laguna the New Age village. Plus lots of hike straight out of the house.
The house is accessible by car from the Pan-American Highway CA-1 through km 148. On two floors, with plenty of views, the house as a big garden which is currently a medicinal plant garden.
First floor. Two bedrooms, 2 toilets , large living space with kitchen with lake views, dining. Large front terrace. House powered by top of the line solar system. Now the electricity from the grid is available but not installed. Fridge a powered by gas. One on each floor.

Excellent quality of amenities, very hard to find in this area of the lake. With ideal location if you plan to do some volunteer work between San Juan La Laguna and San Marcos La Laguna. Plus the views are spectacular and you can walk to the lake for a morning swim.
